Im an undergraduate of Diploma but as Austria which i wants to apply is not taking diploma directly to masters im considering going back to bachelor's degree nd my Neco is parallel c will it used to judge my ability or will it be based on transcript i will present bcis im able to adjust the transcript to fit in well
