Roasted Eggplant Marinade Salad

6g anchovies
2T olive oil
1T lemon juice
1t lemon zest (1 serving)
1T caper vinegar
*Greek yogurt sauce
30g Greek yogurt
10g honey
two pinches of salt
1/4t pepper
*Fried shallots
40g shallots
2t cake flour
