I listened for about ten minutes and was asleep. Fell asleep with the lights on and my laptop on my lap as I was sitting up. Never expected that to happen, but it shows that this meditation worked for me.
I learned tonight that when you become aware of the mind wandering you can just pause and let yourself just rest unhurried and quietly still for a moment, and then observe without worry or concern how and where your body feels. In this way you release and free your mind from wandering and become aware of how your body is feeling. Now the mind recovers from being tied up by thinking thoughts.....no judging, no stress, calm, strong and Liberated.
Me too.😭😭😭😭 The headaches have worsened I don't like this. Someone please help me. I think this has to do with how we have suppressed ourselves. Not being able to stand our ground and for too long our sub consciousness has suffered as we have put everything we must deal with daily inside us rather than into the world where it belongs🙏 This meditation helped I pray it continues to help
I just read my comments made 5 days ago and it seems to me that I believe that tonight my comment could be similar to that of 5days ago. I know that things have to be different tonight but also very similar. Tonight, I felt a good deal of excitement which I worried would interfere with my sleep and that worry lead to confusing excitement with anxiety, Thanks again for providing a meditation that gives relief from anxiety associated with sleep.
Tonight I thought of Ole Satchel Paige's telling remarks when playing professional baseball in the segregated black leagues. He said, when he sat in the dugout, sometimes I sit and think, and sometimes I just sit. Relax my friend, and let go....

I found I was successful for just about all the time doing what the practice asked me to do which is quite satisfying. Thanks for the success!

Thank you so much🙏
Thanks, fellas. Stay strong
I would love a meditation for going back to sleep after nightmares. I have chronic nightmares and feel so afraid/alone when I wake up in the night. 😭

I thoughtthat some people might find it useful during our paying attention to the breath one might try adding to your mind the words "I am safe here".
