We have the right to end the ride whenever we want, and wherever we want if we need to. We can also kick you out of the car if we need to. No driver wants to take a longer route, or have to cancel, we just want to make money and go home.

If she actually got rightfully decked, she’d cry and claim to be the victim, when in reality she’s just a jerk. Also, if the Uber driver turns down a road, it’s because the GPS is telling them to go that way. You enter the address, they follow the GPS, and it’s a set rate too! It’s not like a taxi where a missed turn could mean even more money, Uber will tell you how much it’ll be and that’s it.

She claims the Uber driver parked in the middle of the street and that almost caused her to get hit by a truck. But in her own footage of the incident you can clearly see in the last second that the Uber driver was properly parked against the curb.
It was clearly a small street without much clearance, and her walking backwards caused her to nearly invade the truck's lane.

It’s probable they’re screwing around with the address to get a reduction in the fare and he wasn’t putting up with their shenanigans.

I hate that people do this because I've had glitches in the app and the driver ended up accusing me of doing that. Most of the time I was nice, but there was a time a dude came at me crazy and I wasn't in the mood, so I popped back with a ton more attitude than he gave me. He did calm down and we got it resolved just fine, but it's still irritating as hell to get accused of things I didn't do just because someone else is paranoid.

Always follow the GPS, if something is wrong contact the company and have them figure it out.

This is the absolute perfect depiction of people who were spoiled growing up. And if you called for an Uber, they don't need no backseat driving from you. Their navigation apps is programmed to avoid the most traffic as possible.

It’s crazy to me how she’s filming WITH A PHONE… and that’s her ACTUAL livelihood, like how she makes money, how she gets her “clout”. And then her “friend” goes and breaks this man’s phone (which is how he makes a living) while she’s threatening him with a taser. Imagine explaining that to your grandkids or kids, or even your wife or partner after having no way to contact them

I takes one person to show you why you don't mess with strangers. There's probably 10 000 people right now in the world sitting in basements swearing "it was all just some misunderstanding" and "I will never do it again". And statistically, most of them will never leave said basements. Be polite and wary of strangers.

So they were rude, didn't watch what they were doing, confused a man by contradicting and agreeing with the GPS at the same time. Then got mad that he decided to go with the GPS, so she planned to escalate the situation with a taser. Then she destroyed his property because he was too old to fight her? I hope she is banned from Uber.
