The track won.
Your video coverage is stellar.
Awesome video production as always! Track prep crew fell down on the job big time, so many torn up cars for absolutely no reason at all. Impatience also won several times. Pit area looked like a junkyard.
Several wrecks had nothing to do with the rough track.
@@BenDecko2023 no, but a couple did and that’s still too many- especially given how things were the previous night. One night of rough track is likely weather related. Two? Someone didn’t do the job very well.
Awesome production, thanks for your work!😊
Much appreciated!
Track was alot better than the first night. I think the track crew is a little newer after Lowells passing. Hard to be a perfect surface this early in the season after so much rain.
Your coverage was way better than FLO streaming. That drone is so good.
But what a track bottom dry, top ruff and rutted.
It kind of reminds me of the old days at West Capitol Speedway. Heavy, rough and bend them up! Where the Gold Cup began. Miss that place
Wild Ruts.
Sad to wrinkle all that sheet metal.
Glad all are ok.
Great show.
Cali Dirt is bad a**.
Wow that track was a hand full
I was going to say, keep the camera on the leader...... well you did.
Crazy race compared to last night.
I appreciate the honesty in the video title lol
No,,Ryan was doing so good to, hats off to all the drivers that dared to race on that,,,track.
Good job Ben.
Ben does a amazing job love him on the mic
@@CaliDirtVideos I’ve been going to races for 50 years and he’s my favorite announcer ever. Have heard him many, many times at Cottage Grove and Willamette over the years.
That rut on the high side in 3 was brutal.
Thanks!
Thank You Much Appreciated!
That track was awful rough for the last night of the mini gold cup. You'd of thought it rained for a week as rough as that was. Nice work as always with the content.
Good racing, but feel bad for the peeps footing the bill for all the broken equipment.
That backstretch fence at Chico should be replaced by one that could actually stop a car from getting into the bleachers
Agreed 💯
👍.
Welcome back Cali! Great video as usual.
Was that a race or a rally? How bad does a track have to get before it is considered undriveable? Cheers
Scary track, unfortunate the drivers spent their entire season budget in one night on repairs.
I didn't see the list of who placed after first place. What's with that ?
No rear-view mirror, so he probably thought 2nd place was right on him and simply overdrove it into the turn.
he had to of known there was nobody even close. experience was key here,a more seasoned driver would have known to just bring it home. you see this all the time, just relax.slow yourself. the term slow is fast comes to mind here.
Saw you on the track That was wild. 24 cars started, 10 were left at the end.
Also, felt bad for Nick Parker when he wrecked on the final lap. Wonder what he said after the race?
Great videography! Flowracing could use your creative skills.
Confusing me with the extra 0 cars. Always counted on Jonathon Allard to be in the 0. Now a Kaeding. 🤷
If Allard comes back to the USA he will be back in it!
What I Saw:
I was shocked by the number of wrecks during this race.
What I Didn't See:
I didn't see any bad or dirty driving, nor did I see any inexperienced drivers. It's hard to blame so many drivers for causing so many red flags.
What I Saw:
I saw a track that was not race-ready. There were ruts and potholes at both ends of the track, which must have been challenging for the drivers and car owners alike. Think about this: how much do you think it cost each team to get their cars ready for the next race? I'm sure the expenses were abnormally high. Additionally, how was the payout handled? Did each team lose money due to not finishing the race?
What I Didn't See:
I didn't see any attempts during the race to fix the terrible track conditions. Over the past five decades of attending races, I've seen many tracks pause the event to work on the track, ensuring a good experience for both drivers and fans.
In all fairness, I understand what it takes to be a track owner and promoter. My dad owned a track out east, so this is not intended to malign the track owners. However, when your content is put out for all to see, it goes without saying...
OK-- I wasn't there, so I wonder what went bad on the 24 car? Engine go sour, then got caught up in traffic trying to get past? If engine went, does anyone know what went? Sometimes interesting to know what part/s failed.
Steering line came off
@@CaliDirtVideosThanks!
Great video .. but if I hear the phrase "Claymaker" one more time, I'm going to puke.
Who drove the 21
Cole Macedo
Thanks for posting, but junk track, no fans...yikes!
Crowd was actually pretty good for this time of year both nights IMO
That track is horrible
That track looked like shit
Man That track is shit.
Wow, that track was absolute garbage!
