Wonderful to see this uploaded. Most generous good sir. My partner and myself are great fans of your humour, in particular your Radio 4 shows Mark Watson Talks A Bit About Life, Mark Watson Makes The World Substantially Better and Mark Watson talks To The Nation. Thanks for all you do, and please keep it coming!
Totally agree with your comments about 'Center Parcs.' I had a weekend there many years ago, and we forgot to pack towels. I'm still paying the loan off!
Watching your season of Taskmaster kept me sane through writing my bachelor's thesis, so I was very excited to see this pop up in my recommendeds! Glad I'll have something to keep me going through my master's, considering this show is infinite and that likely will be too
What a brilliant show. The spoon joke had me laughing out loud, which always seems odd in the summer when you live in a small block of flats. It was a bit like that episode of No More Jockeys where Horne was berating Key for having a sneezing fit. I wish I could work out which episode it was in. PS great value for money at £0.00. Keep it up.
Thanks so much for the upload. Wonderful stuff. I first saw you MCing at Up the Creek in Greenwich around 2007-2008. Funniest in the room, and that’s proven to be the case ever since in all your radio and TV work. And, clearly, stand up.
As someone who enjoys your radio 4 show, I'm glad I already knew the mentalist bit. But then as a very long time fan, I know during hours 18-20 of your extra-long shows they _felt_ infinitely long. So maybe I won't need to loop this. I was fond of the bee gag too.
I went to Centre Parks (I can spell, me!), in Cumbria with my wife and little boy. We had a chalet next to a fishing lake... I think the previous guest released his live bait when he left (let's generalize about gender of fisher people), because we came back to a swarm of blowflies on the second night... We were hastily moved to another chalet and although it was admittedly superior, we didn't get an apology, either! Customer service is presumably not seen as a priority.
Ah, well, now then. I may be having one or two, your friends and mine, problemos with other life commitments while trying to finish an infinite show, but I don't mind it.
In the 1970's there were between 105 1nd 110 Pringles in a tube. (When mom took us 3 kids to a baseball game, she would count a stack of 5 or 10 at a time for each of us...)
I always look back on work produced before the end of March 2020 as coming from some quaint more idealistic/naive time. Interesting to hear Watson refer to the growing misapprehension and uncertainty of that little slot of time...just before everything went pear shaped.
If divorce is one of the top three most stressful things that can happen to you, I wonder where discovering that your husband has been having a years-long affair would rank.
I watched this and thought, "S'alright I guess, I could stand to watch more." And then the other day I was watching Fist of Fun and guess whose ugly mug I saw in that?
it killed millions and at risk people still have to be careful cos its still out there and no one wears masks anymore, not even healthcare professionals in high risk places that at risk people are likely to have to visit.
Technically if you accept determinism your son being late was determined at the point of the Big Bang if not before. When I was at school I once came up with a very complex story late note that was very “Lord of the Rings” adjacent. Included dragons and everything. It was a religious school so they loved that sort of thing.
Strong opening with the viral jokes right out of the gate. That definitely didn't age poorly immediately with March 5 being the day of the first of over 25,100,000 total recorded Covid deaths in the UK.
love your work, but its a bit strange to lament your divorce as if its some horrible thing that happened to you instead of the direct consequences of your actions after cheating on your wife for 3 years
For what it's worth, I don't think the knowledge that one has caused one's own situation and caused others pain makes things any LESS horrible; moreso really. You recognize your mistakes, do what you can to accept the consequences (maybe by talking about it), and do the best you can moving forward.
Quite tedious and far too much emphasis on being pathetic. I felt like punching my screen but realised a worthless expense would be involved. So moved on......
Yes, you have to watch it on loop to get the 'infinite' experience. I don't make the rules, I just broadcast them.
Thank you!
Thanks so much for posting this! ❤❤❤
Thanks for putting this on TH-cam. How's your son now? Has he seen it?

when you think about it, it's really nice of mark to upload this
Your friend and mine Mark Watson!
Oh for sure! he wants to make people laugh
below the line are gonna love him
Why does this, and the replies, read like Mark posting on Alt Accounts? Lol.
@@itcat_x2605 well that’s why we are where we are.
Finally a comedian that speaks at the same speed and volume as intrusive thoughts.
lmfao accurate

Sounds like you’d enjoy YHCIH, the series on the channel. Thanks for the kind words!
Great show! Really love it when a full hour of thoughtful and affecting live comedy gets handed to me on plate for free. Will share - thanks!
Totally agree with your comments about 'Center Parcs.'

6:57 "...where I won't be so isolated..."
Narrator: Mark would in fact be isolated for most of the next year.
Haha, I was thinking "wait, Mark Watson is Jewish?" and then it was the punchline. 😂 Well played.
As a Bristolian and a Bristol City fan, I can definitely say that we're proud of him here. Thanks for uploading your show, wish I could've been there!
I’m yet to find anyone like mark, he’s just so genuine and he makes everything funny somehow, he’d be a national treasure if he wasn’t southern :(
Love your work Mark, every tour - no, make that every performance, 'cos they're all different- I've seen has been a belter 😊
All the "if you're watching this in the future" jokes land pretty well, unfortunately.
Lovely. Never had the chance to see you, since, as they say, the old uh, "I live in Denmark". What a treat.
The mysterious package - shake it joke made me cackle, I loved this whole passage
That old caveat.
So glad to see this in my suggestions. I missed this show live so many, many thanks.

for what it's worth that bee joke had me laughing to tears. 10/10
WHY IS IT THE SIZE OF NEIL KINNOCK?!
Solid performance from Bee Joke. High pass completion rate and a couple of assists.
If this is infinite this might take me a while. Big if.
The only way to correctly watch it, is to loop it. Infinitely.
As a Kiwi, I love the 'Australia's 2nd shittest export wine' joke 😂
Looked forward to watching this all day after I was alerted to it being posted. It didn’t disappoint! Great stuff. 😂
Comics hated Magicians since the dawn of time. The Comedy & Magic Theatre in San Francisco must be an absolute war zone.

I happen to have just watched a clip of that! Set 2, game 2.
Thanks for uploading - great way to spend my lunchbreak!
This deserves a bigger audience. Great show as always, Mark.

Thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks for posting!
Really don't mind the focus on audience work and building connections with others. We need more of that.
I’m a simple guy. I see Mark Watson, I click like.
Brilliant set my friend. Love from MA, USA 🇺🇸
I’ve watched this 342 times so far, just took a brief pause to write this
Mark seems like such a cool guy
This is great, cheers for the upload Mark - I'm going to watch it again in a minute.

guys don't watch this i'm stuck in an infinite loop with this show forever and i cannot escape
Mark's Shirt reads 'Great Japanese Navy'
I for one, love the "I'm too sexy" jokes, classic 😊. Thank you Mark 😉
saw you on taskmaster, very funny. good job.
I will forever be your fan. Come to Boston!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
This is great. Really funny.
Over!
I think Mark was actually voted one of the sexiest David Baddiels on twitter…
Just as I was wondering what Mark was up to ❤
As a kid I could make myself gip thinking of infinity so I'm looking forward to this :) Ta for uploading. ps the bee/spoon/bog gag kills
Absolutely awesome 😂
Thanks for this! Really enjoyed
Fantastic! What a treat

Quality gig as always.
Saw this show at the Fringe in what must have been 2019 - brilliant

Actually really nice as an ex-Bristolian, to get all the geography back - like I know where the Cabot Tower is in relation to the Old Vic
Best comedian out there ..always loved you xxx

Still looking for the kind of thing to be involved with and then the restaurant that I have been very short film
Being divorced before lockdown must have been terrible. Hope you did ok!
YIPEEEE
Cool
I wonder if you will ever hold your mic closer to your mouth to ease every audio guy's mind 😅
Also looking forward to seeing you in Edinburgh again!
Got to put these people through their paces.
Looks like the mic he's holding is just a prop, as there's another one clipped to his t-shirt
Hope he plays HALIFAX ,,, But only if its handy
Canada's loving it

Are you sure about that number of deaths, thats more than 1 in 3 of the people in the Uk.
There have been only 7 millon (reported) deaths worldwide! Unless you're quoting Daily Mail figures, I'll assume you're mistaken.
Yeah, I think it's over 25 million recorded cases of Covid in the UK. Not deaths. Death tally is around 200,000.
I mean that’s definitely not right 😂
I think it's around 25 million CASES of Covid in the UK. Definitely not deaths.

Can this be translated into English?
Yes
Adding a laugh track wasn't a good idea (around 42.00).
Got misophonia so your strong start forced me to turn it off within seconds.
Quite tedious and far too much emphasis on being pathetic. I felt like punching my screen but realised a worthless expense would be involved. So moved on......
Astonishingly unfunny
Humour is subjective
