- We're here in London and we're so excited because IT'S TIME to see this amazing city and all of her sites. Until it isn't. We got all geared up today and made one tiny mistake in our planning so the day was a total fail. Or was it?

I'm glad you didn't trash the footage from today, it shows that no one's life is perfect all the time. TH-camrs get to pick and choose what they show to the world and a younger audience may not understand that and think that they're failures if their life isn't magical and perfect every day. I wish more youtubers showed the bad with the good, it's more real

I'm really enjoying these updates every day, (watching them every morning when I wake up in Australia) and it's great to see even the fail days because it shows what you can expect when travelling full time. I'm glad you didn't trash this footage!
YOU traveled for over an hour and didn't get to see the castle. WE turned on our computers and got to have a lovely episode with the Knorpps. It's a successful vlog! It was a problem for you guys living it. We love spending time with you guys, and you could be doing nothing at all, frankly! Be of good heart - you are real troopers.
Any vlog where we see Eve being a sweet little girl who loves to hug and interact with people is a vlog worth watching
While in London get some Scones, Jam and Cream...a Devonshire tea is what it is called most places. Definitely better than Donuts that you can get all over the place.

Yeah..too much spontanaity gets me in trouble too but London is beautiful! Thanks for taking us along. I'm glad you made the video. For the rest of us, sometimes things don't work out either. That doesn't mean it's worthless. It just means it didn't work out as planned. So is life!
My family and I showed up there one day and they wouldn't let us in. The Queen was there and her cousin, the queen of Sweden had come for a visit. We didn't get to see the castle that day, but we saw a fantastic parade and two queens! Haha! Go back soon, it's worth it, I swear.
Just wanted to chime in. I am not glad you failed, but I am pleased to see how you handled the disappointment. So often in life people get hung up on what they lost instead of seeing what they grained. The interior of the donut shop was awesome. And seeing everyone, though clearly dissapointed, pick themselves up and move on in life was just plain good to see.
I am loving seeing my hometown through your eyes. You are so excited about what we take for granted. It is great to see 👍🏻

when you know you are going to be staying for awhile, then you need an acclimation period, but if you are going to only stay for a week or two then it should feel like a vacation, full of activity and not so much "settling". love you guys
I just want to say that one of my favorite things is watching the siblings interacting with each other, I know they don’t always get along, but that they care about one another is evident.

Love that you put in the footage from today. It's great to be upbeat and uplifting but we all know that that is not always real life! Real life is both good and bad days and planned and failed plan days! Can't wait to see where you go tomorrow.
Just a heads up most places in England are like that, everything opens at 9am usually and had last admission around 3pm so it may be worth doing things in the morning and everything else in the evening/afternoon time

It’s great to see the days like this too. Was awesome to see how the shops are, the traffic, and the exterior of Windsor Castle! Good also so that when we get to extensively travel someday we know that it’s ok if everything isn’t perfect!😄

I have done traveling with sightseeing in mind. I learned this on a trip to Southern California: one day of doing something fun such as Disneyland, the next day of being more relaxed, such as a lazy day at the beach, then a day of something fun, such as Legoland, then a quieter day.
I am loving the daily videos. I wait up until they come on and I literally pause whatever I’m doing to watch you. I’ve been watching for well over a year without realising it - a recommended video came up that I remember watching and said ‘one year ago’. How time flies! Safe travels :)
I love how you made the best of your day. I think it wonderful to share the success, and the fails you feel comfortable sharing, they really help. Now we all know that admissions stop at 3 o'clock for Windsor Castle. Good to know! Made my mouth water for a donut tho! 😄
We take about a week to get settled when we get to a new state so I can't even imagine when it's a new country! It's much more fun to get settled before trying to explore. Love the daily vlogs and I learn so much from the fails that truly aren't fails, because you can still look back and think of that time you went to London for donuts! :)
I truly don't know how you do what you do with family demands and finding a few minutes in your day to stay in touch with those of us who follow you on your adventurous journey. I appreciate you sharing footage of places I will never see . The well known and your local areas . May God give you peace , wellness, and security in your busy days .

Word of warning.. always arrive earlier rather than later because our castles and stately homes are very large and there are lots to see and do. If you want to visit somewhere stunning visit Hampton Court, its stunning.
Hello Knorpp family! I do not know what your future plans in London/England hold, but I wanted to make a quick recommendation. When I visited England, my favorite part of my whole trip was visiting Oxford University. The architecture was absolutely gorgeous, and so were the grounds. The entire college looks exactly like Hogwarts (sometimes even better), and some parts of the movies were even filmed in the hallways of Oxford University! I took a guided tour, which was so informative, and also got to see the most gorgeous chapel I have ever seen, on the campus. The town itself is also an amazing place to poke around for a day, with an extremely old building that you can take a long set of wooden spiral stairs to the roof of, giving you a view of Oxford, well above all other rooftops. Enjoy your time in London, and happy travels!

Go to Brighton in England! I am boarding school near there and it is the most wonderful diverse place! Wander through the Laines and stuff, its a really amazing place and not too far from London :) Ps, I love your channel, I cannot wait to start travelling after I've left school and you've definitely inspired me and given me some wonderful ideas on amazing place to go :)
So sorry that the Windsor Castle was closed. It was a plus that you got to go to an old train station and eat doughnuts 🍩!! Look at it positively. Next time just plan to tour the inside of the castle. I believe Megan about needing a week to transition to a new country. I would take time with the kids and let them settle as well. You guys need to go to Cambridge or Oxford. They are full of beautiful architecture and history. And you definitely NEED come to the Surrey Hills. The nature is absolutely stunning and all the cute little villages are lovely. Britain is so much more than London and I just hope that your UK trip is amazing so you need to go EVERYWHERE

I like the realism that you show and not each day can be a perfect day! Certainly traveling and staying in a location for a couple of weeks at a time will be challenging but perhaps you just have to experiment for a while and see what fits your family the best. Enjoy watching you all and brings back memories of our 2-year stay in England!

Winston Churchill war rooms were very interesting to visit in London, as well as Tower bridge, Tafaler square, climbing to the top of St Paul's cathedral, Westminster, Abbey and Kensington palace, London eye. Are all wonderful places to visit, just walking around the city is amazing, enjoy your time.
Faith Fifield YES to the war rooms. Also, the Tower of London will interest all the kids, and the girls might especially enjoy seeing Diana's clothes at Kensington.

Not sure if you’ve tried to go back to Windsor castle yet, but you could plan a trip out of it. I took a bus day tour of Windsor castle, Stonehenge, and Bath. I was a long day but so awesome. You’ve already got your bus so go see stuff!

I stay in Windsor a lot when I go to the UK - when you go back, eat at Wagumamas....simply incredible food. And Pizza Express is pretty good too!

You should go to Colchester whilst in England it's about an hour and a bit from London and it's Britain's oldest recorded town. It has a zoo and a castle and I would definitely recommend it. You have such a wonderful family.

Welcome to our crazy city. There is so much to see here but traffic and parking can be difficult. Public transport is much easier. You should try one of the London Bus tours.
