Sir, in our society at Mumbai, flat stands in joint name of Wife and husband. After diverse, both stay seperately and flat is let out by wife under leave and license agreement by showing absolute owner. Agreement is registered without disclosing the name of 2nd joint holder. She has signed the agreement with name with her father's name and surname without enclosing documents for change in name. Kindly advise how to proceed in this case for signing agreement by a single person. Secondly kindly advise if Society can change the name on Share certificate if the documents for change of name are given to society or fitst it should be recorded with Sub Registrar.
Also, its important to mention who will bear the legal expenses. Also, that the Licensee won't apply to get any electric connection in Licensee's name. LL Agreement must be exhaustive to avoid future hassles.
