That cartoon has mocked and lampooned almost every single thing that has captivated or gotten the attention of the world, South Park has had videos games and even a Movie about those wonderful swearing kids and characters but their mod's were not as good, It took me a while to find this one, Author is Stuart.
The mod's a monster sprite and weapon sprite replacement:All the characters you remember like Kenny, Stan, Chef, and Ike are here as monster replacements, You control Eric Cartman as you go through Doom II's base levels while having notable one-liners from South park happen, This mod's pretty basic but it's hysterical.

Did you play it in GZDoom? or in what port? because I played it in GZDoom and it only changes the sprites of the enemies (there are not the sounds of the mod or the menu or the face of cartman)

I used the default options of GZDoom, It's latest SVN build which is 4.8.0, Did you select any video options prior?

Hmm, It may require the discontinued ZDoom port which was dropped in 2016 as these older wads sometimes don't always work correctly in GZDoom, It took me a lot of time to get this wad to run right.
