- Today, we have some POE2 content. This is completely new POE2 footage from Exile Meet and a few other sources with unheard music, unseen locations, and of course, monstrous gulps and lurches we've not yet had the pleasure of hearing in full. This Path of Exile 2 gameplay includes the Warrior, the Huntress, the Ranger, the Monk, and the Sorceress. Enjoy.

I'm actually feeling like POE2 could be the greatest ARPG ever made
Especially if you subtract the nostalgia from all previous ones. It’s hard to overshadow the other games when they were the first to do something but PoE 2 is just so much more advanced in many ways.

I will be grindfest second job just as PoE 1 with broken builds and infinite scaling and whole balancing of the droprates will be around trade. Compaign will be good at least, though.

This game is going to smash records. The culmination of so much talent and passion. Listen to those wet meaty smacking sounds. Audio is already amazing.
When the freeze effect ends on a target, it would be sweet if that target was animated as if forcefully breaking out, shattering the ice.

That active blocking looks so sweet and fits in so well with the poe2 combat direction. btw you had me thinking this was templar at the beginning!
Its a good feature but stupid, because without blocking the monster still doing 0 damage

And also the added enemy feedback from hits. I always feel like I am hitting the air when I hit monsters in Poe 1 there is zero to very little feedback

seeing warrior ACTUALLY use the shield to parry as an actual MECHANIC just gave me chills. FINALLYYYYYYY. Great gameplay is made up of mechanics and interactions, not just putting points in a skill panel. This was the great flaw of Diablo 4, no combat that feels smart

Not sure about the XP bar, hope it's just a placeholder.
There is a lot of footage where the music isn't the one that is supposed to play at this area.
Gameplay from other people show consistant musics in each area, this one doesn't.
Does the music not have chorus moments in it anymore like the first game did? Some of the soundtrack had chorus parts that were really epic and those were my favorite parts. Such as act 3 when your climbing the scepter of God or whatever that level was called when you fight Dominus up top. And the music in that area had awesome chorus parts and guitar parts. Like where is that in the music for this game?? I still enjoy it but I really want some chorus parts and I didn’t hear any. Or any really guitar parts either.
Hope they would make like 100 different classes. We would love that.

It will probably get quite fast in the endgame but nowhere near the zoomy levels of current PoE - they've already said this

Also when exactly are we getting the chance to play this? Wasn’t there supposed to be beta testing happening pretty soon? And this game gets released at some point this year right? I’m so ready for this game already man. Like Diablo 4 just isn’t doing it for me. And the first PoE I just can’t really play anymore, I’m just use to having better graphics now and all man.
Beta was going to be next month but after a large playtest by streamers and game journalists they decided it wasnt ready for that and pushed it out to sometime near the end of this year

The game looks and sounds amazing but the WASD movement along with 5 flasks and 5 skills to use with one hand is very concerning…
GGG need demostrate one real build end game gameplay, like coc, archmage ice nova, RF, bama, wardloop, this gameplays is like a leveling low level, is another game

Melee seems just as horridly clunky as in the first game. I don't understand why they don't rework the system and lower the ridiculous initial wind ups of attacks. In ARPGs you shouldn't be hard stuck in place for over a second when you want to land a single attack. It should be snappy and let you move after the attack lands. And attack speed as a modifier should let you attack more often, not speed up your animation.

"the vision" is trying hard to make a game that could make me fall asleep halfway

But melee still looks pain in the ass to play.
Especially the marauder or Slam guy. Slow, got interrupted all the time, long delay, pathetic damage, mana problem...
It seems like the Spear also have similar problem, but not as bad, probably 2nd worse class.
Honestly, from all the footages so far, Melee & Physical without a doubt, underwhelming, just like POE.

Zu viel Taktik und zu langsam, viele werden wieder nach dieser Erleuchtung zum ersten Teil zurück gehen. Ich weiß nicht wie ich als Flicker Strike z.B. da mit Taktik weiter komme, falls es diese Fähigkeit überhaupt noch gibt. Und das mit dem Gold sieht mir nach Diabolo aus um Casual Gamer anzulocken. Nichts für mich, bleibe beim ersten Teil.
I really wish we could see how the game is going to play in endgame since so no one gives a shit about the leveling process.

Bro this game is going to make Diablo look like a joke and this is coming from me being a huge Diablo fan lol. Like Diablo 2 was one of the first games I ever played and I loved it but this…I don’t know man. Diablo has lost its edge and POE is here to take over.
guys, let's be honest, the sounds and animations of jerks are of course good, but no one will notice it after 500 hours of play... do we need mechanics, or has everyone forgotten why we love POE?
