Try it again my cartridge did the same thing. If not definitely try another cartridge.

Omg this video saved my life! I did 2 head cleanings with solution and then no ink! I forced the air in and now I got pretty lines. Thanks soooo much!

What type of cartridge do you have?

what if you do all of these steps and it still doesn't come out right? my color is basically nonexistent. I have cleaned the print heads multiple times and purged my ink several times as well. My YMC are all not printing. Thank you.

awesome video thank you, but when i try to push air through my black ink there was little to no resistance and no ink on the paper towel, other colors pushed through no problem, any advise?
