Great videos. Learning a lot about cast iron. Hope you make many more. You should have a show on the Outdoor Channel. Thanks for great videos and recipes!
Looks delicious. Just found your site while looking for Dutch oven tips. Great videos. Love watching them. Sorry to see your not making videos any longer. Thx for sharing your ideas.
This looks phenomenally good! That London Broil is just right for such a dish. Ill bet you could cook some up for steak sandwiches, steak salads, and other dishes. I'll say this too. I'm not trying to put down vegans and vegetarians, but their approach to food preparation and eating is not as much fun as that of meat eaters. I really like your style because it is friendly, welcoming, and inclusive. I'm not even a big meat eater per se, but this is so appealing in every way. Once again, great job!!
Dear rob we were sad too find out you only have 5 videos. We hope you can find some time to make another video like you said you would SEVERAL times. If you need someone to hold the camera I’m your man. I have memorized your chicken dinner recipe and consider myself a huge fan.
Hey rob! Your the man! Keep up the videos! Please add more. I love the outdoors and i love cast iron cooking. Ive tryed a few of your recipes from viedos. You do a great job at cooking. Keep up the work we all enjoy it! Thanks mike
Now this I think I'll try tomorrow. having a big bunch over to our place and I think they'd like this receipe. thx again! I'll let ya know how it goes. blessings y'all.
hey Rob, great video. The only thing I wouldve changed was after searing the meat I wouldve taken out the meat deglazed the bottom with the broth to get the most out of that delicious beef crust then throw the veggies stir an add the rest of the stock. let it simmer a bit and then throw the meat back in along with the onion garlic etc. Stlll, the one you made looks fantastic.
Thank you for the input. I never done the dish your way but I am all ways looking for better ways to cook. I will give that a try and see how it turns out. Thank you

I use coffee grims or salt when cleaning my cast iron skillets
I have used Salt but never coffee grounds, I have used sand at the lake or creek. That works fine as well.

Rice has a better texture if you fry it a little bit until browns up then add boiling water to it. Don't forget to season it for taste.
