Good morning, I am Japanese, I have been living in Mexico for 12 years and this Mexican, believe me, if he knows where I take them to eat, he is a connoisseur of food. I live right there in the Narvarte neighborhood, 3 blocks from these tacos where there is a mechanical workshop and I have already tried all the tacos that appear in this video I love them all ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍

Sammy and Tommy, I'm from northern Mexico, The state of Sonora, and we have crunchy tacos, which don't have them in the south, they are the best, filled with meat, potatoes, then deep fry, and the tortilla gets very crunchy, then you fill them with lettuce, cheese, cilantro, pico de gallo and guacamole, also we have the carne azada burritos, are made on a giant flour tortilla, fill carne azada, refried beans, roasted onions and guacamole.

Great food tour in Mexico City. Your food guide, Jorge, from Bondabu Tours is great too. I never realized how fascinating Mexico is. @bodvargregsen5161 ----- I lived for a number of years in Guanajuato and it is one of the most interesting places in Mexico or anywhere in North America. The narrow streets have the feel of a city in Andalusia (southern Spain). Highly recommended. San Miguel de Allende is a much smaller place and personally have never found it to be as interesting a Guanajuato, but it's nearby so easy to visit. In between the two cities is a town called Dolores Hidalgo, it's notable as the birthplace of the Mexican Independence movement from Spain.

Oaxaca imo is much nicer than both San Miguel and Guanajuato. San Miguel is kinda small. Guanajuato is a really beautiful city. Merida is also a nice city to visit and it’s in the gulf. If you’re in Mexico City there’s also Taxco and Puebla that you can take a bus ride to.

Carpe Diem

What's the biggest difference in the north? We can't wait to try them!

@Sammy and Tommy the people on the south in the 90s cooked the meat with grilled onion 🌰 and no freshn onion ! So tacos in the north were cooked very differently the south copied the north !! 🤔

The main difference is the tortilla. While in the center and south we use the corn made one, in the north they use almost only flour tortilla. Also they use different ingredients, like shrimps, fish…

I respect that you prefer corn tortillas, but you have not tried Sonoran flour tortillas. They are the the best!
