You’re angry, but not regular angry. You’re angry at God for stacking the odds against you in what you’ve been told is a fair and just world. That is the anguish of biting into a slightly squishier than expected pickle. That is " z j i e r b n e s s ".
It's the sense of betrayal from the pickle, the one thing that you thought would be on your side in this messed up world. When you turn to the solace of a crunchy pickle, you are met only by the unwelcome sensation of squishiness, and you wonder where things went wrong.
Like the feeling when you're on stairs and you step up for the next stair but there is no next stair and you have an out of body experience for a split second.

@@TheDocfri Your existance is valued.
@@tadhgknight3484 Therefore, zjierbness is an authorless and aimless betrayal because it is happening only by the mere existence of something ordinary being ordinary in its ordinary form without this being expecting to be the cause of a betrayal and you, the receiver of that betrayal, knowing very well that the being could be subpar but still going with some expectation. Dare I say, it could be a sense of disappointment for having high hopes about something very possibly underwhelming that you have some attachement to.
Could also be used in a situation like ''Not gonna lie, that heterosexual, single-occurence intercourse with Chad was pretty zjierb last night.''
Karen’s “sigh, here we go again” look when Brian starts snapping is terrific
I got a very "this happens every third day of the fortnight" feeling from that look.

Working on getting it added to urban dictionary.
I'm sorry he took a bite of a pickle and put the pickle back into the jar and put the jar in the fridge and then took it out of the fridge and managed to pull out the exact same pickle. This man is a superhuman, I'm telling you
I feel like BDG found that coat and wrote the sketch around it.
He found the coat and he uttereth, 'ah zjerb!' And thus birthed the idea of zjerbness

As someone who doesn't consume pickles. This is exactly how it feels when you bite into a pickle and it's squishier than you expected
You’re angry, but not regular angry. You’re angry at God for stacking the odds against you in what you’ve been told is a fair and just world. That is the anguish of biting into a slightly squishier than expected pickle. That is " z j i e r b n e s s ".
reading this kinda zjierbed me ngl
Pretty sure zjierbness was from him biting into a pickle which was actually crisp...hence his joy, and the change of book.
@@themarlboromandalorian Don't forget the elevation of the mind-state of zjierbness.
When your soul rises but you don't, and you feel an extreme disconnect to your senses, like receiving the no pain juice during a surgery or dentist appointment, but only for a moment.
Or when you stand up too fast?
or also when you dream of falling so u wake up.. trippy

The feeling is betrayal Brian, the sense that something is wrong and can never be corrected.
