She incorporates the medicinal and blissful qualities of cacao drinking to aid in the cacao glow you mention and an overall peaceful sense of well-being, etc.
I love this meditation.... It really helps me, also helps me when i am so tired after a work day, when i go to sleep, let's me go to sleep very deep, and i wake up on the morning, i feel full of energy... Love it..

Where can i get quality ceremonial cacao from. I live in Australia? I know brands like sunfood, loving earth, nativas, ojio i have access too but apparently these are not ceremonial type?
