In lake Atitlán, Guatemala there still remains retreats of the old hippie communities that arrived and eventually stayed there from the early 1970s. The indigenous people of Guatemala are the direct decendants of the ancient Maya. Guatemala is truly the heart of the Maya civilization, no other country embodies Maya life like Guatemala. I lived in Panajachel, Guatemala for 8 years, made so many friends, from the indigenous people who live there to the foreigners who went to Guatemala from the States and European countries. Such a beautiful place to live and experience peace of mind, body, and soul. When I retire, I will retire and take my family there with me.
This saved my day when I was really in a down energy... I live in Brazil, we have been in a horrible situation in this whole year of pandemic, dealing with tragical and cruel polithical situation combined with this health tragedies... Here in Rio de Janeiro things are specially really bad now... I was feeling hopeless and depressed today, but suddenly I atunned with this group of wonderfull and loving people dancing in this magical place! I've been for so long without seeing or dancing with my friends, and now, I danced with all of this global community, in such a great vibe! I danced with miself in the room for the whole time, in the end I had my eyes closed, I stood still, prayed, and cryed. Just I while ago I've seen the end of the video and people where doing the same in the recording! It's wonderfull how one can attune to it. There is a strong energy in all this video, it really touched me and lifted me up for the stars when I was in a bad place. Thank you! You are fantastic!

I watched this video for a year in 2020-2021 while in lockdown in Canada. I imagined myself being at a dance like this, something I never experienced. Financially in June 2021 I left Canada for Costa Rica. In my first week I got to experience an Ecstatic Dance like this in Nosara. Later in 2021 I moved to Tulum Mexico, and stayed there from September to May 2022. To my delight and surprise, on my LAST day in Tulum I got to attend one of Mose's ecstatic dances, just like this. What a gift! Thank you for your music and your magic, Mose, I am grateful for you.

So amazing to see people yearning for a new beginning a different and much better happier place than what the world is as of today. It convinces me that our future will forever be changed. We will never be living the same old stressful busy unhappy lives again. Mankind will soon reach another level of freedom.

The more 'spiritual' you are, the less material you consume... food, objects.. what you do own is few highly regarded items and the food is much more in tune. Yoga, dance, walks, meditation are your gym for body and mind.
