This is honestly the best yoga/Pilates/workout channel I’ve found. I’ve only just started here but I really struggle in workouts with the quiet because my brain wanders and my body loses resistance or I start to feel more tired and it feels daunting. I did one of your beginner videos yesterday. I actually didn’t know what Pilates was so this was my first time and I really enjoyed it. When it was over I said “that’s it?” I like that! It did not feel like 20 minutes. It was challenging but still easy enough, I didn’t feel tired and worn out after like when I do cardio. This is something I can stick with for sure! Love your videos

This is my first time trying Pilates despite subscribed for a few months now. Let me just say I was out of breath and arms throbbing trying to do this. I might not have been able to do all the movies but this is a body wake up call.

I really enjoyed this. I struggle with hyper mobility and chronic pain. So its hard to find something that wont risk possibly injury or cause sharp pain. Im aware that i need to get my weight under control but more importantly begin to rebuild strength in my body especially when my core!! Im exicted to build a routine and i can see myself doing pilates in the mornings

This was amazing! I haven't done any exercise or stretching in months after starting a new job and this really worked up a sweat and was challenging without being impossible and making me discouraged!! I've been doing your Pilates beginners for a week and the relaxing every night for a week. My daughter told me she see a big difference in my body tone. Wow! I'm currently in the process of adjusting to a nightshift schedule for my new job. It's 1am where I am, and this exercise made me feel so good and energized. I have three more hours to go before it's bed time, and I now feel like I'll be able to make it (lol). Can't wait to do another soon!

Thank you for sharing! This is awesome! I am just getting back into Pilates since I injured my foot last week and can no longer run. I want to stay lean and ready to run again once my foot heals, but maybe I can keep up with the Pilates too. I haven't done Pilates for many years! So I am relearning all these things. This beginner session is just right for me! I had to skip the downward dog stuff, unfortunately, because of my injury.
Isa I know I am late to the party but just found this one. Even your beginner's pilates are a challenge for me but I am continuing to keep trying and hopefully, will get stronger. Your videos are wonderful. love your positive attitude, explanation and of course singing!

I lift and this hurt my triceps the most. I loved the burn! It was hard to hold plank posture because I train my upper body so much but I will train my body to perfect this

it does make sense...I mean it took me MONTHS at first to understand and apply all the principles at once, so no rush. It eventually all come together

Hi, I have just found this and I love it. Could you tell me if the exercises are safe for DR? I have worked in the past to improve the ab separation but I still feel a bit weak in my core. I found the prep to plank difficult. I have done DR repair exercises in the past and I do a lot of cardio standing ab exercises, so my core isn't completely weak. I don't want to do anything to worsen the work I have put in but I would also really like to increase my overall core strength.
