Thank you again, Jay! This video gave me a solution for a walk cycle I was struggling with. Literally took days and headaches off of it. Just trying to create a walk cycle for a beast and your video suggested I should at least see if I have any ani blocks that could be useful. The third or fourth one in and it looks like it'll be nearly perfect. Totally different models. An older Genesis walk cycle just worked. Also, thanks for the live stream today too! Always something to learn that can improve my workflow.
Indeed! You can remove the forward motion by finding and deleting all keyframes along the Z axis. This can be done either in an aniblock, or in the timeline. Let me put it on my list and show you how it works in an upcoming video.
Can you make more animation videos? I feel that DAZ does a poor job of putting out animation how-to's. Would love to see something about timing keyframes to get smoother animations while getting rid of herky jerky motions.
Trial version of aniMate? It is active the moment you install DAZ Studio. After 30 days it reverts to aniMate Lite, which does not have the MDD export feature.
Hello! I have an animation problem - when I add high heels to my avatar and then add a high heels animation - the feet get deformed and the avatar walks with crooked feet. Please help me! Thanks!!!

Love this tutorial Jay!! Helped me so much. This method works for fixing the foot pose for shoes too.
