imagine if your country wasn't just under fundamentalist rule, but also suffered from a suffering blockade and terrorists missile attacks. That's what Palestinians in Gaza have to go through. Gaza is the most densely populated place in the world, and Israel committed many war crime in firing rockets at it, killing civilians, and destroying hospitals, schools, and mosques. The overwhelming majority of rockets fired from Gaza didn't hit anything. Because of the siege, Gaza has the worst economy in the world and some of the worst living conditions.

@@danielbenitez638 if hamas were to stop firing rockets then Israel would, not the other way around. If Israel wanted to make palastinians suffer why doesn't it just invade? Surely this protracted strike back system is a waste of time, if the goal is to kill palastinians.

Liberty in which Israeli warplanes strafed and used napalm.explosives to murder more than 30 U.S. Navy personnel. It was shamefully swept under the rug by traitor LBJ and Israel has never paid a cent for the outrageous crime they committed! The Israelis crimes are staggering in number and scope!

@Steven Jones Egypt has already tried to do this, from 1948 to 1967 Gaza was considered the territory of Egypt, they officially gave up the territorial claim in 1978.
Likewise, the PLO became a threat to the Jordanian government in 1970, during "Black September", when supported by Syria - which sent 300 tanks to help the PLO in an attempt to start a civil war, in which the PLO was defeated by the Jordanian army and expelled from Jordan in 1971.
Going to Lebanon, the PLO became one of the triggers of the Civil War that destroyed that country from 1975 to 1989.

When hamas said willing to accept the 2 state nation 2017, Israel didn't believe it. When Yitzhak Rabin (Israel own Prime Minister) want to establish 2 state nation tru Oslo I accord, Jews assasinate him. The accord didn't even agreed on Palestinian state yet.
Author also question how to negotiate with hamas whose not willing not negotiate by principal, ignoring the new 2017 Hamas charter. But, didn't Jews believe Israel should cover the whole land according to the prophecy? Are jews willing to have 2 state nations by principal?
The only issue is with occupation, which will continue to happen without the 2 nation state agreement.
Israel will still occupying lands, and when conflict happens, "we're just defending our people"
2 state is clearly the only way solution. Understandably, both sides have felt the pain of 70 years of conflict. Israel fight for a piece of land, and Arabs fight for their homeland.

@@darnit1944 Palestine autonomy doesnt just mean Gaza. I think we didnt even looked into what conditions are being given to Palestinian, such as air space, the settlement, the walls, and right of return. And we didnt even touch on The Holy Site yet.
So, I am convinced, Palestine will stop attacks, if they can have a reasonable deals to accept. Reasonable is subjective, its their homeland. I think its not fair for me to justify whats fair for them. But Hamas have made a fairly reasonable deal, they also fought for the whole land before, but 2017 they agreed on splitting. They want to have a land they call home too, not afraid that its gonna be taken away in future.
This is what I just learned as well, all Muslim in the world wants to have access to the Holy Sites within its own separate economy, Palestinian/Muslim economy. The sharing of the Holy Site is to be discussed in detail, I agree it should be shared, its Jewish Holy Site too anyway, but should not be monopoly by Israel like today.

We dont have any problem with Jewish people, just the way Israel gov treat Palestinian, and the Holy Site. It hurts all Muslim, and all other people on the basis of human right.
But i think, we still have a fundamental problem to be reverse. The hate that build up through times, up until the new generations are missing the context of what they're fighting for. (I saw a video in Israel school about arabs, and Nas Daily video about his encounter with Jewish family)

Do a deal with uae in which uae army will act as police and army of Gaza strip, at the same time go for a rapid economic and social restructuring of Gaza (food aid, better housing, medicine, starting a real economy) with the help of uae government. Continue this effort and try to deradicalize people with the help of uae. Once this is done give Palestinian people a tour of changed situation in Gaza and convince them for a similar deal in which uae army and police takes care of civilian matters.Uae has almost no record of producing radicals and also they crack down hard on the people who pursue radical ideology. People of Gaza will also support and respect uae army or police because of their religious commonality. Bin Zayed would love to do this as we will gain both respect and popularity in the world. At the same time uae will invest their own money for the betterment of situation in Gaza. Israel will save money and gain access to new market of about 2 million people. You need to do 2 things deradicalize people and also setup independent judicial system in Gaza.

Relatively recent settler colonial state??? There were Jews in the region for 1,200 years before Muhammad was born. The Palestinian Jews (now called Israelis) are FAR MORE indigenous to the region than the Palestinian Arabs (now, in a very exclusory phrase, simply called the Palestinian People) are. Muslims are in the Levant where Jews had lived for more than a millennium because of the Muslim Conquest of the 7th century. Yet somehow the Jews are the colonizers???
