    I believe the Leadville Donkey Race (donkey on leash, runner alongside, marathon) is Aug. 4. Tuff run with 13,000' pass. Post pics if you go. Rich, will you go thru that pass? I'd like info on free camping, at high elevation.

      I’m leaving Leadville today and should be in southern Colorado by then so don’t think I’ll be there. Do you know the name of the pass? I’m not sure where the race course goes

      @@uwildburro don't recall the pass, but probably a road, not a trail. Such a pass could have both.
