In UK and Europe all lights must meet standards for e.g. beam pattern. Trouble is that unless the LED lights were designed by the oem manufacturer, they tend to spray a lot out light outside of the intended pattern, potentially into oncoming traffic. It is not the fact that they are LEDs that is the problem, rather that the original beam-forming reflector or lens arrangement is designed to work with a point source of light which LEDs are not.
I’m sorry I’ve ran nitrous for several years on my Volvo and it’s a stock motor. I truly don’t think you know what you’re talking about. All nitrous is super cool the air which condenses the air which gives more oxygen per square inch.

It actually burns oxidized nitrogen with fuel and gives a car more power.
My car is registered inspected in North.Carolina should be able to drive it anywhere without any other states.B s
