    We've been doing slow runs on hills once a week. It's killing my calves. I tried sprinting it in intervals this time. It completely relieved the pain and heaviness in my calves. My breathing sucked though. Oh well, I'll take lungs over my legs at this point. So, I'm going to sprint and then jog/shuffle to catch my breath then sprint again. The main goal we were given was to not stop.

    Great advise , well taken, I always thought longer the distance endurance better the shorter distance timing ! untill now having seen your video !!! Thank you
