Definitely among my childhood animes. An anime classic indeed. I like the English dub, but I prefer Japanese version of the song, yet Sandy Fox did a great job. This is definitely how you properly do an English version of anime songs, I think.

Growing up, I used to own the VHS tapes for the entirety of the first season. My sister and I would watch it all the time, memorized the lyrics (since they were English dubbed). Since then, every time I find this anime, the opening is in Japanese (despite my watching the dub). I couldn't even find an English format of the opening until last year, when I found this.
