My corvette had a magnaflow system on it when I got it and the first thing I did was cut that crap out!! I haven't heard a magnaflow system yet that I like!!
@fbodyfanatics1997 my father also put a magnaflow axle back system on his 05 mustang GT and at idle it sounded pretty lame but at WOT it sounded good but that was it. Mustangs have always sounded really good since the foxbody to now but every one I've heard with a magnaflow system I haven't been impressed! And I have absolutely no clue why! They are really highflow systems basically straight pipe system with the mufflers being straight through basically as well.
@sarahgarcia346 most likely the car it's on most newer muscle cars have x pipes or h pipes that's makes a big difference it does seem like with gm cars ubhave to add high-low cats or headers to get the sound u really want
@fbodyfanatics1997 The magnaflow system that was on my car didn't have an H or Xpipe, and the system I put in has an Xpipe, and it sounds way better than the magnaflow did with or without headers.
@sarahgarcia346 I would love to add one to my car I'm also contemplating on getting long tubes and keeping the cats because my kids will be in the car otherwise where I live any vehicle made in 2007 or before doesn't have to pass emissions only safety
Any droning sound?...hard to tell on video
Their is around 2k to 2500 rpms going up hills
@@Vtec_unlimitedtolerable? annoying? or headache material?
