I LOVE my TWSBI Vac 700r. Unfortunately when I ordered it, I didn't realize I ordered an EF!! Dang it. I'm a Medium guy for sure. If not for that, it would probably end up being my EDC pen. Even being an EF, it is Soooooo Smooth. I haven't found a TWSBI that I don't like, LOL. I thought of maybe getting a Mini Vac 700r, but the Mini AL is really neat. Thanks for the video today, it caught me by surprise....Hope you have a Great Holiday, and enjoy your Day Craig.. Thanks again, Sonny

You can order a medium replacement nib unit for quite cheap and change it

I have a fondness for mini pens, liliput is current favourite for me but this one looks tempting

I am glad to see your M nib writes well! Mine came with a bit of baby’s bottom unfortunately. It was an ECO though.

Was going to get this but I was afraid the metal part would react badly with iron gal ink so I went with the normal one, still pretty cool looking pen.

I have the regular 580 (not AL) and it’s a great pen and I love the faceted barrel. I bought it used for only €25 and I’ve had my eye on the yellow TWSBI Mini AL ever since! I don’t know when I’ll be able to afford one, but when I do, I want to use it with black inks exclusively… a Bumblebee pen!

Pretty pen! Since it feels like it would be hard to use unposted, i wish the screw post wasn’t a thing. Then I definitely would have bought one!

The medium nib looks super crisp! I like your ink and pen combo. Thanks for sharing. I might try to get that soon 😂🙈 am also loving my TWSBI Mini Rose Gold

Seems like a very good, hassle free pen. The fact that they include the tool and grease indicates they are considering the user. I have a £175 Cross that did not come with a converter!

I have two Minis! One blue (like this) and the gold - UCLA colors ;) I’m definitely not fond of the ef or f twsbi. I have mediums and bolds from twsbi. Great great writers and complete workhorse pens.

For the first couple of years in my fountain pen journey, I ignored TWSBI, particularly demonstrators. But as my journey has matured, I have developed an appreciation for them. They look sharp. Bought a TWSBI VAC 700R and I really like it. Another rabbit hole to dive into. :) Nice review.

Hey Craig! Did you end up giving this one away? I’m looking for this color nowaday.
