This project is wonderful for making with your child! Making children aware of print and letter word associations are so important to beginning readers. ❤ ETA: your child could have their own book to complete too. Inexpensive fun project! 😊
I totally agree! It’s a great project for all ages! I’ve often thought about volunteering some time at a nursing home. They may have fun doing glue book projects❤️

She’s just learning to read, along with word recognition and I’m anxious to compare the pages she does now with pages she creates as her reading and spelling skills grow. Fabulous idea! 🫶🏻
I'm supposed to be cleaning the craft room, while I listen to you. Then I hear "LIST" and the cleaning stops. You are such a kindred spirit in so many ways! I added a few new things to my list, thanks. A few of my Fav categories are Holidays, Vintage (ads/people), colour combos i.e. black/pink, blue/yellow ( I thrift a lot of quilting mags and they are perfect for colour combos) stamps, elves, gingies, rainbow i.e. rainbow/pride, chickens, cactus and questions (amazing how many questions you can find in ads!) Thanks for always sharing.

One topic I use in my en masse book is business cards. It actually has come in handy as I referred back to it.

I have An En Masse called The Collective I do my alphabet pages with images not just the letters too. It is so fun to work in mine is starting to get chunky now. I love it 😁😁 and I love yours too. I have some similar pages to yours but I have a few others that are totally different too. 😊💖💖

Love it.😊 I started an En Masse book. It was going to be A-Z with 2 pages for each letter. After an hour of sticking A's down I'd covered a 2inch wide column...BORING! This is SO much better. So I'll get my book back out and do it your way A is for Avocado etc TFS❤
A-Z is another kind of glue book project that you can look up, but instead of just the letter A we find images that start with A and collage them together! Try it out as well. I have a video of my mini alphabet glue book and Nicole has several videos of hers.

Hi Nicole! This is such a wonderful idea. I used to create collages on cards using magazine images but I’ve only recently (this year) discovered how relaxing it is to create in a glue book. Over the summer I made a colors glue book following your tutorial and I think this En Masse glue book will be my next one! Thank you so much for the inspiration. ✨🧚♀

I love this idea and I definitely will do one in the new year. I’ll start collecting photos now. I’m thinking I’ll do food in alphabetical order; apples, almonds, asparagus; bananas, beans, barbecue, burgers etc. I get a lot of food magazines so this should be fun.

I’ve been doing a book that is basically your last page prompts. Stickers, lotto cards, stamps, etc I think it looks cool and I’m getting rid of some stuff I just CAN’T throw out (if you know, you know😂)

OMG--a crafter who gets it! I have the fibro thing going (have had it all my life and was misdiagnosed until many, many years later), along with RA and Osteo... So while I hate that someone else on this planet has to deal with fibro and its cascade of side effects, I'm thankful to find someone who does understand! I love your videos and your not good but GREAT attitude... Getting ready to set up a crafty area after a move, and I just can't wait to do a glue book. Craft on, my new friend. Craft on. ✂

Along with RA and osteo???my mother died from RA (that’s what death certificate said) I watched an extreme case of suffering and she got fibro really bad in her arms before she was hospitalized. I commend you for keep on going,like my mom said you have to keep moving the joints no matter the pain or you’ll really lose use of them. Love to see your work when you get settled in Your craft space. 😊

I just love the lady bugs in the flower! It looks as if one could turn it into a weird head when you look at it at a distance. ie add a mouth, using the bugs as eyes 😂😂the flower looks like punk hair. 😂😂😂
You so rock! One tip for you that I’m sure you would’ve thought of on your own is to round the corners of the items that you are gluing on those hard to reach because of your tabs corners before you glue them down! Whew, what a mouthful! Hope you got my drift!

Been watching you a while and have one book completed. I struggle with themes/ideas but I still love gluebooking and just cutting up magazines is so satisfying. I love this book so much! I love that it can be a project that lasts a long time toou. I printed your words as a jumping off point. I may or may not use them all lol. Can't wait to get started.
