Absolutely the best video I’ve seen on this. Thanks for this! I have new front CV’s and control arms waiting for me in the garage. I was going to do the control arms one weekend and the CV’s the next. After watching this, it might make sense to just do them both at the same time. Remove the control arm, replace the CV, replace the control arm.

Excellent video...extremely helpful since I need to do this on my '13 AWD Rogue. I'm a little concerned that carrier and bearing are going to be frozen.

Great video and commentary and camera work.. I have the GF’s ‘19 Rogue AWD with front left torn outer boot .. I’m gonna just do the new assembly rather then rebuild the joint. On the ABS sensor not sure you needed to remove it out of the knuckle? Although yours came out like butter I’m not sure mine will.. thanks to NEPA rust belt. But I’ll do the lower BJ removal don’t want to mess with the strut assembly.. great job on that 👍🏻

wow i wish mine would come out that easy. I've been prying, heating, soaking, cussing at it, and it will not break loose. Bearing is seized in there.

That is my mrthod when they are really stuck. The worse one I had was on a Forenza . Soaked standing upright for 24 hours , then proceeded to hit it until it relented. The cv end mushroomed but it came out. Sledge hammer works wonders. Thanks for the feedback.

@@s33therfan I appreciate the response and video. I'm having problems with the support bearing being seized.

The Axle did not come out that easily from that bracket in this Chicago climate.

Can you do mine? Lol... is this basically the same for a pathfinder?

Should be relatively the same. Thanks for the feedback.
