Welcome to our extraordinary A-Frame house that takes luxury living to new heights.
This charming three-story house embodies two key principles:
1 - Embrace a minimalist and contemporary design.
2 - Maximize the awe-inspiring mountain views from every room.
The house boasts extensive use of glass in its main facades, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape. The side walls gracefully embrace the interior space, defining the unique shape of the house.
To preserve the natural beauty of the surroundings, the exterior of the house is painted in a pristine white shade that harmonizes with the environment.
Step inside, and you'll be greeted by a warm and cozy interior crafted entirely from wood. The natural material adds a sense of comfort, making the house feel like a true home.
As you explore further, you'll discover a heated swimming pool right in front of the living room, offering the perfect spot to indulge in the stunning views. Alternatively, the pool area can be transformed into a wooden deck with comfortable chaises, providing an equally captivating setting to witness the breathtaking sunsets.

You've made my night by accidently finding your channel and now staying up way past my bedtime since in aw at the level of imagination you have. Quite frankly I feel awful I can't help you financially because people like you should be able to make a living creating little masterpieces like this without having to sell out.
I guess all I can do is give you my kind words that are what an amazing mind and talent you have and I really hope you find a way to keep giving us these inspiring visions we can dream for free at. This one really has me (you've also got an eye for video direction.. the beginning with the soundtrack makes me feel Christopher Nolan & Hans Zimmer might be locked up in your studio;)
your quirky easter eggs are exactly what the world needs and I love how you don't seem to underrate the lighting with every project you've posted.
I know everyone has opinions but just going through my mind I am curious what you think of Yacht design? I love the confined rules of spacing for projects like that, I think small space design brings out the real talent in architects / designers which I think most fail at in regards to yacht design so I wonder if you've thought about that?
and lastly do you imagine designing or do design other things such as product design?.. niche water bottles or shoes..

Cam you make this design in a similar way but as a hexagon this first design is very interesting.
I really love this design, but it will not be cheap to build. I'm also somewhat critical of too much void space. Obviously void space encourages lots of natural light, but it seriously inhibits usable space for this, already compact house. If I tweaked the design, I'd still keep a void, but make it a bit smaller. I also think there are one too many toilets. You could remove the toilet area on the ground floor and reconfigure a larger kitchen or simply make that ground floor toilet into a combination of laundry and storage. I love how the large sliding door allows the top bedroom to have lots of light. There are a lot of things I really like about this design.

One of the functions of the void space in the building is to make the rooms feel larger. In a compact house like this, having a double-height or larger ceiling gives the impression of spaciousness, making the house feel even larger than it is.

@@BigTinyHouses That's great. I emailed you actually, regarding our proposed project in New Zealand. I also noticed that on your website, there was no option to download the detailed drawings of this A Frame House.
As you would know, there are a lot of variations and ways you could play about with this design. All sorts of angles and dimensions could be tweaked. I thought that rather than the highest point of the house narrowing to a single point, that it could narrow only to 1M, which means more light allowed in. I also thought about a single pitched roof from back to front, avoiding the flat section and the large roof windows. You could basically just add a few velux windows into the roof.
Yes definitely the void adds space and it's a very difficult balance to get a combination of the feeling of space and the functional use of space.
There's one other thing that I think would be amazing: An indoor climbing wall up the void. I'm an ex industrial abseiler, so that was always going to be something on my mind. It really would be an amazing feature though.

Nice touch with the Stag/Deer, kinda ruined it for me with the spaceship thingy. I imagined it being off-grid in Iceland or somewhere secluded and unplugged from society, how beautiful & peaceful. Didn't notice solar so kinda wondered on how power was being produced, maybe by generator I'm guessing??? Still made me dream a bit...
I didn't want to put the panels over the house because I wanted to keep the look clean.
So the best way would be to have a small room separate from the house (preferably underground), with all the batteries/pool engine room/water heaters, etc. The solar panels could be on top of this building, or even on the ground itself.
