ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Ultimate 6x20m / 19x65ft House Tour: Discover Modern and Unique Design
The house's standout feature lies in its combination of two different roof types, creating a visually striking and contemporary look. This innovative design approach sets this house apart, making it truly one-of-a-kind.
Another notable element of this project is the implementation of brises, which provide protection from the afternoon sun while preserving the captivating exterior view. We carefully minimized the roof coverage, ensuring it doesn't overshadow the remarkable façade. The roof is cleverly concealed behind the metal structure, allowing it to seamlessly blend into the overall design.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a living room adorned in neutral tones, with a stunning metal staircase that features the same railing design as the entrance gate. Additionally, you'll catch a glimpse of the small double-height ceiling, adding a touch of grandeur to the space.
The kitchen boasts a vibrant touch of green, accentuating the cabinetry and creating a visual division between the living room and kitchen areas. The black elements in the living room extend to the lower cabinets, creating a harmonious and cohesive integrated space.
The double-height ceiling not only floods the ground floor with natural light and ventilation but also creates a separation between the two areas on the second floor-the bedroom area and a cozy home office featuring a bookshelf any collector would envy.
​Bedroom 01 exudes tranquility with its soothing blue tones and elevated ceiling height. The increased ceiling height adds a sense of spaciousness, making the room feel larger than it is.
The Master Suite boasts a winning combination of wood and burnt cement finishes. To maximize the use of the limited space, the partition between the closet and the bedroom is cleverly integrated into the wardrobe itself. Additionally, a transparent glass wardrobe is proposed to further enhance the room's openness and create an expansive atmosphere.

Incorporating the office and attractive shelving unit into the first floor landing is terrific, particularly as it doesn't impact the overall feeling of space at all. The house as a whole is a mini-masterpiece and I very much enjoyed the tour. Thank you

I really love this one ! My only comment would be that, with such beautiful greenery, I think I'd have the sofa facing it and have one of these furniture with a pop up tv for when I want to watch a movie. Otherwise, this is great. Good job!
