OMG! Wow! I almost stopped watching because I thought it was a real house (the trees gave it away) and that I mistakenly clicked on a realtor's video .. hehehe. The rendering is excellent and that floor plan is superb! The speed of the video was just right and is not dizzying. Also, the way you showed the diffrent areas of the house was logical (like from living room to the pool to dining room to kitchen to bedrooms) because others go back and forth to the same areas. And a pool both inside and outside... balconies off the shower areas... just genius! I'm a dog lover and right now I have Benz, a black-brown dachshund. More power to you!

Hi Jose, thank you very much! There are several ways to make it look like concrete, the most basic and advisable is to make the house in the concrete itself. But also nowadays there are several coatings that imitate the aesthetics of fair-faced concrete. I hope I've helped you.
In Japan/Singapore etc, this is considered a massive house and it will cost 10mil plus.. My concern is if you are swimming out, you might hit your head in the concrete. The foot steps audio isn't really necessary though. Otherwise, it's a beautiful house. I wish I have the budget to do these kinda concrete home for myself

We would need to rethink several elements of the house while still maintaining its main characteristics, such as the roof that appears to float above the structure of the house, among others. There are several ways to make it look like concrete, the most basic and advisable is to make the house in the concrete itself. But also nowadays there are several coatings that imitate the aesthetics of fair-faced concrete. I hope I've helped you.
Could u pls make a mountain home design on a sloped area like 10m x 10m ? And the deep of the slope approximately 3,5m from the 0 point.
