I have tested some bifacial modules with the PVA-1500. The module I was testing was listed in the solemetric data base. So I just had to select that right module and they testing worked as it normally does. Just test under normal conditions.
Hi friend, Thank you for sharing valuable knowledge with us. It was literally useful. Could you please direct me about difination new panel in Solmetric library, as you know, panel datasheet have not some information such as: Temp. Coeff of nominal current, Temp. Coeff of Vmp, Temp. Coeff of Imp, Vmp at 200w/m2 Imp at 200w/m2 And Identity factor(Aref) Thank you in advance for your support
Two strings of 19 harnessed is where we have a Y connection on the array for two strings of 19 using normal 10 gauge solar wire combined in a parallel connection into one 8 gauge larger home run. So the 8 gauge home runs have 38 modules. The voltage stays the same but the amps double when you parallel strings. So an example could be voyages VOC around 1250 VDC with amps for one string at 7A and a parallel home run will have same 1260 VDC but amps at 14 A
Hello everything is fine!
With PVA-1500V4 Photovoltaic Analyzer Kit, I can perform string IR curve test with bifacial solar panel.

Thank you for the video. How many modules per string would you use when you have two strings of 19 harnessed?
