Alright... let me address some things first 1) I love IKEA generally (c'mon who doesn't love an amazingly organized aesthetically appealing place like IKEA !) 2) I love interior design and the nitty gritties one can do to make a given place seem more spacious, organized, a touch of passion to make it more a home than a house. 3) I love the home stories series, used to watch these from IKEA USA YT channel 4) I'm from Tamil Nadu, now living in Hyderabad (from one of the clippings, they are tamil as well) THIS IS A TREAT THAT EVERY AFOREMENTIONED ITEM IS CHECKED IN THE LIST... WAITING FOR MORE VIDEOS IN THE FUTURE, and the classic ending the video with a frozen yogurt (IKEA USA spoiled me)

Their new room sure has many colors to it but it could be less clutered with ikea products... Specially their was no need for the ladder/stool at the end of the bed and the towel stand...

If you don't have a lot of space you need rooms to be multi-functional, so a lot ends up happening out of necessity. But still they do a lot of tricks to keep things from looking too cluttered - hidden storage (under the bed), putting small stuff in boxes, making use of vertical wall space for storage, plus removing objects from the window sills (these should be fairly empty, it makes the room look neater). Overall I think they did a really good job here.
I bought an Ikea day bed of the Brimness series end of Dec 2019. The quality of the bed is very very bad. Within 9 months the aluminium support has completely given way. Now I can’t convert the single bed into a double one. I have a video which I can’t upload anywhere to show the horrible status. The quality of products are pathetic to say the least. Hope someone from Ikea contacts me after looking at this post.
IKEA products are so minimal and beautiful, things could have been a lot soothing and minimalistic. The final look is a little cluttered with so many textures and colours mixing. Could have been way more tasteful had the number of things in the room been fewer. Looks a little too cramped for day to day use.
