This is the main reason why I love Ikea ❤ , they care about customer happiness more than money.
And I have never seen a single interior design company outside in any city whose main intention is to make money on every single requirement u say except taking their pre designed boxes.

Bad part is that, she still has to sit down to take the things below the kitchen slab. So where exactly is the solution to that. Instead one can always contact local carpenters, to make pull out cabinets in cheaper rates.
