The easiest way to make Nut Milk (without losing any ingredients and benefits) : - 200g Activated Cashew Butter + 600ml Water. *add them in blender for one minute.
It would also be interesting to see how you clean the machine and whether it is difficult. I would also be interested to know whether solid particles settle later if you leave the finished milk for a longer period of time, e.g. overnight in the fridge (whether the water then separates again).
It a good idea in the sense that you don't have to break out the larger machine, and I like the idea of using 1 machine for milks only.Nama needs to make their own dehydrator.

@@grazynapresner4529 I have sprouts and Whole Foods nearby but I’ve never used cashew butter before. I usually buy whole raw cashews to make cashew milk though.
It's convenient to not have to soak the nuts but soaking helps with getting rid of phytic acid, so I'll keep doing that. It's a great option when you're in a pinch, though!
@@FullyRawKristina How would the nuts not need to be soaked, just by blending them up? Soaking them removes phytic acid. Even when I used the vitamix to make almond milk, I would sprout them first for better nutrition. Can you soak the nuts to get them sprouting if you want before using this milk machine?
@@nicksanger4084 I LOVE Kristina, but I don't understand how the machine soaks while making the mylk. I guess she'll explain that part in another video.

Hi there! The M1 is very easy to clean and the parts should be washed by hand using warm, soapy water and the provided cleaning brush. Hope this helps!
from what I know- soaking nuts is only to help blenders be able to chop them up better. especially for low power/speed blenders. There might be some things happening too that aid in digestion as well (like it starting to sprout), but most nuts/seeds you can eat raw anyways. you never *needed* to soak nuts as far as I know. sounds like its just marketing- don't get me wrong if someone gave me one id use it but I'm sure this blender is no different than a Vitamix- the centripetal drainage certainly makes the whole process seem less work than squeezing a nut milk bag but I cannot fathom how it would be smoother than a Vitamix (its not, just easier). id say if you've got some extra $ burning a hole in your pocket give it a shot lol otherwise get back to squeezing that bag.
You really should ALWAYS soak nuts, seeds and legumes before consuming them. Oxalate content can be reduced by 30, even 90% if rinsed and soaked long enough.
@@oldspiced No, soaking nuts break down the phytic acid, so it is not only to help blenders etc. That is why I wonder, how they can doe this process in the machine.

Soaking the nuts is good for removing some of the phytic acid. This helps improves digestion and nutrient absorption. ❤
If I buy one , I’ll still soak my nuts for sure . I agree .
It would be nice to have one base and a different attachment, specifically if you have a small kitchen.
Why not just the top add if you have a nama2 juicer? That would be nice🤷🏻♀️
My thoughts exactly.
Yes. Nice to have an attachment rather than a whole additional kitchen appliance.
