Wow, you really illustrated the power of stealth with that close up bomber inspection from behind. That was crazy. And that ability of F-35 pilots to look through the floor doesn't seem like a frivolous gimmick anymore. And the F22 is 20+ year old technology. Wow. NGAD will be crazy.
The fact it exists on our "next" aircraft after the F-22 tells you in mock fights how the kills were frequently coming. A vulnerability was just too glaring to ignore.

It's scary to think just how far ahead of the field the F22 was when it first came out! It seems there's nothing to touch it after 15+ years in service. My favourite plane, it looks so sexy too!
F-22 fangirl here, and if you're wondering who the target audience of this video was, it was specifically for me. I loved everything about this. Thanks for including a nice buttery landing at the end as well; for everyone else in the airspace the landing gear is basically ballast that they should have jettisoned after takeoff, so it was good to see yours get some use.

Imagine being the bomber pilot seeing your fighters get shot down, knowing you're next. Also a cool fact about the F22 is that it's radar changes frequencies so fast that it mitigates the chance that other aircraft's rwr will detect it.
@Damitsall I believe the SU 57 also lacks in stealth like the J 20. It still can preform well in a dogfight, but from long distance, the SU 57 is being spotted by the F 22. But would be an interesting scenario still.
The US would scramble a 4 ship of 22’s and 18’s likely. The F-35 just doesn’t do much for you besides being a mini AWACS. Honestly if we knew J20’s were inbound I think a Growler swarm that hides F22’s and F35’s is guaranteed.

its legitimately so freaky how a 22 literally flew under a flight of 4 planes with fairly modernish radars (im assuming) and was able to chill under them for roughly 30-40 seconds without them noticing

I can't imagine how sharp a fighter pilot's eyes are. like you literally saw the enemies like a grain of sand from far away view. you have to zoom in more and put a red arrow for me and other viewers to see

DCS is really amazing, I hope they will keep updating the engine over the years and eventually we might get some photorealistic graphics, I mean it's pretty amazing now but I can just imagine how cool some scenes would be with photorealism, ray tracing etc. Damn. When you can’t see an enemy who is shooting at you, you realize it is the air combat equivalent of guerrilla warfare. And with guided munitions, the shooter is a sniper. And just like a sniper, he can pin down an entire unit and is the scariest person on the battlefield.

Man, the whole time, I was waiting for the sneak attack on that formation. But my man got close to them and checked the weapons only to say, "This is not our target. I'll come back for you later". Those guys didn't even know. Peak F-22 stuff.
A F22 just annihilated 3 squadron of total 9 plans immediately become ACE and destroyed billions USD worth of enemy aircraft, ammunition in one single flight.

Let’s just say it’s no where close as good as aB21 you could literally fly a B21 into china air space and they wouldn’t see it till it’s already dropped it’s bomb plus it’s got its own defense system where it can fight off other fighters
The 200 to 1 kill to death ratio in exercises is impressive but it really doesn't paint the picture like this does. "Winchester everything" is pretty much exactly the way they described it in that exercise.
At the first bombers formation I was screaming Gun'em! Gun'em! Then I was asking do a Maverick and cross the formation at full speed going up! Then I was don't leave yet! I'm ashamed of the kind of person I am... 😂 Epic mission!

Man, the whole time, I was waiting for the sneak attack on that formation. But my man got close to them and checked the weapons only to say, "This is not our target. I'll come back for you later". Those guys didn't even know. Peak F-22 stuff.

Let’s just say it’s no where close as good as aB21 you could literally fly a B21 into china air space and they wouldn’t see it till it’s already dropped it’s bomb plus it’s got its own defense system where it can fight off other fighters

The 200 to 1 kill to death ratio in exercises is impressive but it really doesn't paint the picture like this does. "Winchester everything" is pretty much exactly the way they described it in that exercise.

@@GrowlingSidewinder Well maybe because Lockheed didn't try to screw around giving fancy stuff like "Canards" & "All Moving Vertical Stabilisers" to the F-22 which would end-up reflecting all kind of unwanted stuff all around the sky.
They kept it plain & simple 😇
