    Companies like Planet Green. With their DoorStep brand label. They use OEM casings. Clean them post being taken apart and inspected. They add a new compatible chip, sponge and ink.

      @@BestPrinters Since your channel is about Printers, i wanted you to Try something from me. I have a machine to fill inkjet cartridges. Like 62, 63, 64, 66 and 67. Including XL models. I wanted you to send me some empty ones like 67/ 64 for your Envy Inspire. I would refill them and send them back to you. And make a video of your review. They would work just like new. U can mark them, so you know are the same ones you sent me. I sell refills for people. 10 dollars per cartridge. Color or black. Depending how much business i get from them. I may throw a free fill. The manual fill people do on youtube videos. Is not as effective as i get from the machine. The machine applies the law of physics.

      @@BestPrinters Remanufacturers [ responsible ones for Qualitu. ] They all use hp casings. Thats why u see pink for tri color for most brands PG collects them from different recycling partners. Like Office Depot. They use OEMs from HP, Epson, and some others U.S oEm branded

    I have tried the Ankink brand 63xl combo pack replacement for HP. it’s really good and much more cost-effective than the original.

    Just watched your Epson 8500 videos (which were very good) and stopped by here to learn more about re-manufactured inks. My experience for a Canon MG8220 and 4 Ink Jets was not good. The ink flowed like water and caused the printer to "fatal error" many times. I am getting the 8500 and will have to think about non Epson tanks.

      Ok that is good to know, thanks for sharing. Not all models are compatible with remanufactured ink.

    Thank you for this very enlightening video. I will only purchase re-manufactured ink cartridges from now on. Is it possible to some how refill re-manufactured ink cartridges?

    POS Epson printer doesn't even recognise original cartridges the first few times (have to put the old ones, update the firmware, try again, and again). So might as well try some remanufactured cartridges.

    I ran an Epson printer on 70p per cartridge ink for 5 years then it suddenly stopped with all its light flashing. Apparently there is an end of life counter built in!
    New Epson printers take diffent ink which is expensive, so I bought a canon Tr4550 for which ink can be had from Tesco and Asda etc at less than half OEM price.

    I’m making art prints and I just tried one of these remanufactured cartridges. Super diluted colours and lots of visible banding. I had to throw a whole batch of prints out. Just a caution for artists out there watching this. To me it was a major fail. Sending this ink back and buying genuine epson.

    I had some remanufactured in come in today and my prints look so much worse. Now instead of spent$20 on 1 more ink cartridge, I have to spend $40 since I’m out of Cyan and Magenta, plus I lost 2 sheets of paper. I wouldn’t recommend, or use caution

    how about the sublimations inks, seems that we have to buy special ink for whatever model printer we have, i accidently put the wrong sublimation ink in my new epson (according to the ink sellers) do you know if i have to drain the cartridges and but new ink?

    • @BestPrinters
      @BestPrinters  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes you cannot mix regular and sublimation ink.

    I was happily using Tru Red in my HP inkjet printer for about a year....and enjoying the cost savings. But the photos I just printed on glossy HP photo paper with glossy paper setting are smudging and not drying. I'm using the exact same glossy paper and exact same printer settings as always. Nothing is wet and humidity is normal in my house. My guess is the reman ink is causing the issue. I'm about to go back to oem. Any thoughts?

    • @BestPrinters
      @BestPrinters  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes if you are having issues and settigns havent changed go back to oem. Thanks for sharing, that is interesting.

    W2here is your proof that the ink is the same? Don't think this applies to photo quality inkjet printing.

    I watched your video first and then I bought it on Amazon. It was wiseta 17 pack for about $30. It came in the mail today and I just finished setting it up. Everything worked great! One thing I don’t know is how long it will last by being off brand. My printer was given to me by my parents who stopped using it and it sat in my house for a couple years. So when I tried the very first test page it took forever to print. A quick note that I set the printer up for the first time and through Wi-Fi because the printer is on my desk but my computer isn’t so I printed the test page on Wi-Fi the first took a while and the second printed right away. Besides the initial delay the box my ink came in was very busted and flimsy. But so far I’m happy.
    Lastly my printer can print to CDs which one thing I’d like to do but right now I don’t have printable cds. But thanks for your video I’m happy so far.

    • @BestPrinters
      @BestPrinters  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes they are making it very difficult to use remanufactured ink.

      Never accept firmware updates or add protection to Cartridges. Get yourself an Envy Inspire 7955e. Thats an awesome printer. But again, never update when firmware update notification is received. Just tap no.
