    옛날 사람들은 하루에 한끼 밖에 못드신분 많다고들었네요..
    하루 세끼 먹은게 역사적으로 몇년 안된다고 하죠

      네 맞습니다. 특히 화이트 컬러 분들은 세끼 다 챙기면 백프로 살이 찌죠 ㅎㅎ
