Princess Mina, Your collection is serious. I ain't even reached your level. Not sure I will because I'm always watching you and others and many plants don't call out to me but there are a few that's up there that I'm going to get. Like Radican/Luxurians, Cupria, Chrystalinum to name a few. Now Sis. keeping thinking out of the box to make your collection AFFORDABLE AND ENJOYABLE. It is how I roll. Another example is I put clear plastic sheets on my windows because I'm not feel'n losing any plants any more. Since I've done that I've lost very few to none plants. Almost lost a Bachia because I didn't know it was in a windy space on my window. Well it's tall and beautiful now. It's drawing near that time that I'll be putting up those sheets. My plants are starting to crowd out seeing space of my windows. Oh Lord! Also, don't be afraid to use 2 bamboo poles for support for any plant. Now Princess, don't be forcing them leaves pointing up. Those plants are eating well and they are following the light above them. If you want the leaves to point down and forward then lights must be facing them. Love your style with plants and your willingness to talk about your experience. Alright my NY Sister plant neighbor, Keep doing you and plants. I'll be tuning in as much as possible. 15 minutes in and I’m dying…. LOVE you and your innovations!!! 🙌 If you ever need something longer than the 6ft bamboo, I’ve gotten a couple of wooden dowels that are longer from Lowe’s in their lumber section for pretty decent prices. They’re supporting my gigantic bird of paradise and monstera d. really well.

Just found your channel, love your style, I wanted to get my plants mature climbing moss poles and started making them, then realized the same as you, they’ll climb anything, and you don’t have to pull roots from the pole much when you chop and extend and the mess and upkeep of moss poles, no thanks! So I’m trying other ways too, I’ve planted a couple with a cedar plank too.. cheap at Home Depot if you can cut it at home
I’d definitely chop and extend that tortum and let it keep climbing!!
I’d definitely adhere the bamboo stake to the pot itself for that Tortum, dunno how stable it’ll be on its own
That Serpens is def reaching for the light above 👆🏼put a light infront of it if you want the leaves to face forward
Ain't no thing wrong with support poles, I have both the plastic moss poles and supports depending on the plant. Also brace yourself for this...Walmart released tortums in my town😮

Edited to add, barrina vertical grow light might be something like what you're looking for to bunch them up (it doesn't get very hot either which is a plus)

All I have is Monstera Deliciosa plants, I have so many of them because I know I can keep them alive. But that Monstera Adansonii unt uh I hate that plant and that plant hates me I can’t keep a Monstera Adansonii alive for nothing I got a couple of nodes in sphagnum moss I don’t even bother them I feel like the Monstera Adansonii plant sees my face and just dies 😫

Man let me tell you something, Unplantparenthood and crew really did they big one with the lazy moss pole! I got 2 plants on them and they are big as fuck! And hold moisture so well. I can go a good week and a half before having to water them again. I like using the plastic straps like she do cuz it look good (to me) but the only downside is I cannot cut on a straight line to save my life so up close they look janky af 😫lmao
