I purchased 3 bundles of Indian Curly in January 2019 from this company and never installed the hair or created a unit bc 1 bundle was extremely different from the other 2. It was a completely different color, several lice nits AND so dry that it feels like a brillo pad. I contacted the company about it but the only thing that was done was a promise that it wouldn't happen again. I went thru that bundle and removed the nits. I'll try the silicon mix to see if it will help the dryness. Thanks for the video!

@@evelyndidi I used the silicone mix tonight so the bundles are drying now. Unfortunately the bad bundle was the shortest bundle so I'm unable to hide it between bundles. I believe I'll order again eventually because it's so affordable BUT the owner told me to contact him directly when I place my next order to ensure I'm satisfied.
