Nice video, Jack! They REALLY expanded Fort Kelvin! Love that Merciless Attack every time I see it! I'm just not so great at the parrying (NO patience!), so I don't even bother with that skill most of the time. 25:13 LOL! Man, been there before! That particular Elixir Well gets me almost every time, as I rush in to get the shroud root! I'm pretty sure that was intentional by the developers. I can see them cackling with glee as they designed that feature in there, just knowing that folks like us would charge in and just fall right in! The lava mostly just sucks your health a little bit and drastically reduces your shroud time. Since you're not actually in the shroud after taking out the shroud root, though, it can never go to zero and you can never die from the shroud, so as long as you can heal yourself, you're good!
I like parrying but the older I get the harder it is to react hahaha too many dark souls games. That would have been bad if I had been caught in a death loop though this game does a good job at being able to get your stuff back unlike game such as Empyrion lol.
