As for the plastics, you will be better suited removing the plastics. You need all the space you can get. As for tools, sometimes an investment paulys off but in this case, I didn't think it was worth it. Im looking to button the car in the next few weeks. I am excited to see my vision come together.

You should look into oem leather seat builders in Mexico. They have a lot of similar leather to the seats or go oem
