NOTE: potential very minimal dips in fps (as seen in this trailer) if on last gen/Xbox One consoles and playing with a heavy load like myself
Major thanks to Yogibird111 for allowing their worldspace to be brought to console
Fallout Vermont is a new worldspace with unique NPCs, AI dialogue, has its own soundtrack and is vast in regions - there are quests throughout the zone but none of them rely on hand holding!
You'll have to listen intently to the NPCs dialogue and work out where you should head next, what you should seek out, etc.
The local enemies are ferals but with enemy replacers you can pick your style, or use something like FallEvil or Whispering Hills and really make it a wild rild while exploring
Being located in Vermont an overhaul like Winter Redone would probably go hand in hand as well (a snow buggy would be brilliant....)
DLC is a hard requirement (if you don't have them by now you're missing out on a lot of great mods)

Honestly, this is a great port and for 500mb it's a damn sweet deal! Really glad you ported it and if you happen to edit any world spaces in there yourself I know they will be top class. Always tactical, always cool
I really liked the mod and want other mods like it and i understand it’s not the best looking due to limitations but it still feels like I’m in a whole other state
I'm glad you enjoyed it man, internet minded people are too used to complaining about anything unfortunately - few things to critique for sure but all round is pretty cool someone made a new worldspace and just said here you go to everybody 👍
I don’t understand a lot of the criticism, to be fair I haven’t played this mod as of yet, but I plan on it. I just don’t think it is fair for people to compare every mod to London. London was a major project with several several people working on it. This seems to look pretty good, especially for a mod available to Consoles. Console mods can’t be as crazy as London, but I’ve seen some good ones, such as America Rising
Tbh, anyone making the comparison of a small worldspace to Fallout London or being an Xbox player and believing it is likely to be ported are screaming nothing besides how dumb they are
I don't think it is as fleshed out as something as America Rising but* I do feel it is ignorant for console players to be so ungrateful (especially as I mod for myself and the community releases are genuinely something I don't need to bother with)
To be honest, it just seems like a bunch of under educated individuals who can't seem to fathom that Fallout London is 33 GB in size - besides this it requires PC users to revert their version of fallout 4 to a pre updated state and relies completely on Script Extender so it is physically impossible.... But I'll let the dumb remain that way if they choose to do so

Leaving a second comment just to say that I showed the mod to my father and he’s also having a great time exploring this world space. Ignore all of that garbage hate this is a great map and you’ve done a great thing. I would love to see Vermont added upon in the future

Got to say this looks pretty good and by chance is it possible to get a list of the mods you used in this or no? Cause i tried making my own load order to use with this mod and one called the zone but its not working too great 😅
Know the zone extremely well, as I'm actually the person who packed it for Xbox (not sure if the porter credited me but it is available on console from me correctly archiving it for them 👍)
As for Vermont, the description states it is only vanilla assets and requires just the DLC, no other mod requirements (as well stating I am strictly the porter)
Be sure you've cleared your game cache and bothered to do a hard reset before building new load orders on console man - have to be a bit more specific about what is happening in your game as I just know you've made a big load order and it hasn't worked out great
@WastelandJedi my issues has nothing to do with the Vermont its more of I don't know shit about what mods work and don't work together and how to order the list so there isn't conflictions and for some reason can't find a specific mod that the Hud mod I was gonna use needs being a patch for hud framework and Def ui and yes I usually clear the cache though it was my understanding that you would do the hard reset after downloading the mods?
Edit: ended up finally finding the patch after googling it but is something going on with def ui cause it seems to crash my game no matter what
@dabi213 you're all good man, we all started out somewhere and you're on the right track
Better to clear the cache after uninstalling and deleting mods so you can start a fresh load order with no conflicts or "ghost space" (basically mods baked into the save files) - is possible that this is exactly what is causing your issues atm, in saying that may also be your HUD set up (would still recommend a new load order, deletion of old save files and a hard reset for good measure)
For DEF UI presets be sure you are running
- HUD Framework
- DEF UI
- HUD Framework+DEF UI Patch
- Preset of your choosing
For Vermont and The Zone, try running them near the very top of your load order (I usually treat extensive new location mods like masterfiles and keep them loaded higher up) and if you encounter some issues drop both down to the very last slots of your load order and see how that goes

Honestly, I understand it's still in beta, but I believe it could benefit from more development, as it currently feels a bit empty.
I get that, not sure if the original author plans to go back to it but they did leave it open perms for others to alter and edit - may flesh it out more myself but need to find the spare time to do so
Ghouls sink and rise out of the ground, if that can be fixed that'd be cool! Otherwise its a great world space to use for SKK tarkov load orders. Do wish it had some animals and deeper water. But ill take what i can get when it comes to change in scenery.
I think that is because the author has not* navmeshed everywhere, will see if they update it or if I can lay some down myself

Hey man, unfortunately I'm not on next gen consoles and I don't currently own a copy of Starfield (not much point until I upgrade)

It’d be great to see that greenery in the commonwealth, just looks really pretty.
Pretty sure there are some good mods like Green in the Commonwealth that will utilise the DLC and institute trees to achieve a similar look

@@WastelandJediWait the mod uses institute trees? Then Overgrowth + KoKaZ83’s BNS should do fine, maybe with green commonwealth on top.

Hey man, pretty sure it is just called the Cyber Mask on Nexus - been compiling some similar style masks to make a SHD/Division agent set of gas masks (which will be available on Xbox soon) to compliment the outfits I'm putting together

I will probably attempt to do some for sure, but that will be after I'm happy with the SHD Agents - most likely to do an enemy faction first but definitely plan to have some opportunity to play against/as Rogue Agents as well

Will be at first implementing Faction replacers as groups like Raiders could pass for a Boston equivalent of Rikers (renamed appropriately) and Gunners could be something similar to the LMB
Eventually will experiment with completely new factions but this will not be an immediate process, should be able to enjoy your load order before anything big is released
The initial release will be the SHD Agents followed by some weapons with appropriate fitting "Holsters" for that Division style feel

The voice and music files no*, because they are external assets - but if someone were to remove them it should be fine as everything else was made using in game vanilla and DLC assets (the trees, grass, roads, ghouls, etc)

That is because nobody has bothered to upload or create more than that, the in-game assets like outfits can be used to mix and match stuff and create new gear - nothing to do with external assets but there is* likely a fair bit that can be done with what the game already has in it
Is there any way possible to get the the tactical 3rd person stealth based animations on pc?

It is actually an add on world space that is accessible in the Commonwealth (map marker included) so really you could use it with whatever environment overhauls you like
Would be excellent for a zombie style playthrough as the enemies there are Ghouls, go in with something like FallEvil and feral nights enabled and the hordes will be relentless!
This was all thrown together by Yogibear111, but I'm looking slowly into some tutorials by Seddon about voice lines and lip files to hopefully make some NPCs one day - will definitely reach out if I have a character you could give a few lines, thanks man 👍
I just finished this mods main quest. Honestly the most fun I’ve had in fallout in a long while. Unique experience and I’m glad you guys put it on Xbox. I hope to see you guys add more

It looks out of place for a fallout game, it’s a no for me.
That's honestly fine man, personally I like the broken down by time but untouched by nukes style as it gives somewhere different to the areas that felt the nuclear fallout and maybe the author will expand on the area 👍 do you bro, rather everyone enjoys their game instead of doing what I do with mine

I'd love to man but I didn't actually create it sorry, so I honestly wouldn't know every instance of DLC items/assets being used throughout the worldspace
I'll see if there are any similar maps that just rely on the base game, but tbh with it being a 10 year old game and so many mods relying on them it would be a really good idea you grab the DLC when you can, more mods in the long run for you
@@WastelandJedi its 50 bucks on my country (brazil),so im just waiting for my birthday to arrive (i wasted like 167 bucks on games in this year lol)so i can spend more 50$ on this dlc,base game dlcs are so horrible tbh,looks like they got unity animations and just ported it over to fallout 4

You know that Fallout London is a complete game overhaul that Team Folon built over years and this is just a reasonably sized worldspace (accessible in the Commonwealth) that Yogibear111 threw together though, right?
Just asked because you're comparing an extensively impressive game overhaul worth a few GB that replaced the base game while adding
- new locations
- new lore
- new quests
- new voiced NPCs
- new factions
To a small worldspace worth 500mb that added
- a small new map to explore
- AI voiced NPCs to point you around (they say nothing more than their AI lines)
