Wow, gives me flashbacks to my days working at a bread bakery. I'm glad they also show the cleaning of the equipment and moving racks in and out of refrigerators. This is not the photogenic part of the job, but it takes a huge amount of time and work.

I love Europeans they actually care about food and what they put in their body unlike most Americans eating a burger and a fries and calling it a meal lol.

Wohaaaaa des paris-brest, des éclairs et tout et tout ^^ Je travaille dans une boulangerie à Tokyo, la seule pâtisserie qu'on fait c'est.... la quiche -_- pâtisserie salée quoi. Le reste c'est du snack et des sandwichs mais ça porte une devanture de Boulangerie/pâtisserie. Ils font le pain pour les snacks en fait, mais y a quand même du pain et de la croissanterie. On est 8 filles (en roulement) et 4 mecs dont le chef.
