I boosted mine to 150% resolution using QGO, and I only get slightly more loading stutter between sections.
The game looks so good using the settings below.
Resolution: 150%,
Refresh Rate: 72HZ,
CPU: Very High,
GPU: Ultra,
Foveated Rendering: High
Turn on Variable refresh rate in the game.
Looks almost like a PCVR game by doing this.
