Please consider subscribing to this channel,, thanks! A good ol’ fiddle tune in A. One I first heard Pete Seeger play on an LP back in the day. #banjo#fiddle#traditional#bluegrass#fivestring
Great! So fun to listen to. I have always liked this song and the lyrics are so playful too. ‘Old Joe Clark had a mule His name was Harris Brown And every tooth in the ol’ mule's head Was sixteen inches ‘round “ Round ‘n round ol’ Joe Clark... 👍😂
Good rendition of an old time tune. Twas born after the civil war, Joe Clark was a typical carpet bagger sent by the Northern victors South as a U.S, Marshal, and as was usual for the time, proceeded to make it his fiefdom. Was not regarded very highly by the southerners.
Good old Pete Seeger is at it once again!

I bet when you learned it in the 60's it had a 'D' instead of an 'F' in the 2nd part.
Yes, that’s true. I later heard it with the F (F from the capo,,,it’s actually a G) and liked it better.

Sorry, gave it a thumbs down...... why show the right hand when all the action takes place at the other end of the banjo
I record with a mini iPad,,, the best tone is when I get up real close to it. I’ll try show my left hand next time. 🎶👍
