  • Most Australians are completely oblivious to the possible disastrous scenarios that we face on a daily basis. We’re sleepwalking towards a precipice and no one seems to be aware of what we may befall at any given moment. The message within this video is to get prepared with simple preparedness ideas that could help you if you’re faced with a tumultuous upheaval within your daily life.

I'm 66 and have been prepping in one way or another since 2013. I'm sad to say that Aussies are way behind the rest of the world when it comes to seeing this world for what it actually is and prepping, well lets say that it barely exists. We have to do better than this Australia, we are far behind the rest of the world. Add seeds, a life straw and a book on foraging to that bugout bag just in case you can't return. Dehydrate food because it doesn't weigh much and can last a long time.
    P. S. Australians, quit watching the American prepping channels and start watching Australian prepping channels. We need more Aussies like this man.

Some years ago I became aware of the internal corruption in Australia and the external threat from a bigger agenda. So we moved out to the bush and are pretty much self sufficient, we have locations near by we can go bug out to with access to food and water… but honesty what do I gain if I love my life more than I’m afraid to lose it?? I’m not afraid anymore! Not just because I have security. I’m not interested in just preserving my life and watching my community and my adult children lose theirs. I’m happy to die helping others get through hard times. I’m no longer a narcissist prepper, without community you will not survive anyway. Work together, build something that will endure famine, natural disasters and government mismanagement. Planning only for yourself brings emptiness. Yes it’s hard to get people to see and to be serious about preparing, but we must still try 💕🇦🇺

Most peoples eyes glaze over when you talk to them about even having some extra food and water in their cupboard. They just don’t think it’s necessary and that you’re fear mongering. As for me, I’m a believer, and after a few years of price increases and things disappearing off the shelves, my husband is also on board, but in a slightly lesser way.
I don’t really want to speak out on line of what I have done, I am elderly and I think the elderly are going to need all the help they can get in these next few years.

Electricity supply was not reliable. All shops shut….it was caos For thousands upon thousands of people….but not me…I’m on to it…

I live in Perth, I have a few brickies' wheelbarrows just in case we have to walk out to safety. Those wheelbarrows can carry at least 100kg each. We can move all our gear and a lot of water very easily, for long distances, without breaking our backs. Remember, in the old days people walked from the Eastern states to Kalgoorlie, with all their gear in wheelbarrows.

@@AAAA-vu7fp Those wheelbarrows have up to 120 litre capacity, I used them for over 50 years, they will carry more than 100kg easily.( filled with concrete, mortar or bricks ). I recommend the wide tyre ones as they are better in sand and mud, and stay upright better (stability). One of these can carry five 20 litre water jerry cans, enough water for ten people for five days @ 2L/ per day.

    • @bungarraoz254
      @bungarraoz254 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@AAAA-vu7fp Remember, they won't let us drive cars or no fuel or roadblocks, so you won't be able to carry a lot to help you survive. Wheelbarrows can be pushed and pulled by 2 people through almost any terrain, including water. If you wrap it in a sealed waterproof tarp, it will float, just like the army tanks on D Day landings.so you can cross rivers and lakes, too.

You also need a first aid kit with zeolite and charcoal powders to deal with any poisonings, and zeolite powder also staunches bleeding, colloidal silver and the ability to rig a cheap system to make more, dmso, black salve (which I sell) for skin cancers and wasp and snake bites. I have been planning on doing a proper medicine kit for those who are anti-pharma. I'm teaching myself to suture wounds. I'm storing my homemade distilled water because pure water is already an important commodity. I'm in a good position because I just moved to a cottage in Tocumwal with an 80year old couple who been self sufficient for many years, but we could all do with more dehydrated foods ready and luckily there is a preppers pantry here, with a cool room all set up, just needs some love. You need cash for the short term, to buy fuel to get out, because the cash won't mean much when people start looting. So you need skills and services to trade. Can you sew, cook, grow? I will be operating the medical tent and overseeing the soup kitchen, to make sure all the food is loaded with herbs. I need to learn more about wild foraging in Australia. I know all about how to forage in the US from watching YT videos. You probably need a gun too. Because if you have food and supplies, desperate people will target you so you really do need to be able to defend yourself. A compound bow would work. I say we have about 8-9 months to prepare. That's what I intuit and many other psychics have predicted. Get your Black Salve from me at TICKETY-BOO HERBAL on FB

    Am I a serious prepper?
Probably not if it means having to live in the wild or catch my food but then that really won't be much of an option if many are trying to do the same thing anyway imo.
Most of what I consider prepping in my life is just what we do anyway.
We have a 100 yo plus property with things like a wood stove, rainwater tanks, firewood, cellar, chook yards and some nice land that we grow fruit/vegies on.
We don't grow enough but could easily grow more if required.
I also like camping/fishing/ 4wd'ing and have a lot of gear.
I have a bug out bag but not sure how far I could carry it tbh.
We keep some supplies but could go out and buy whatever else we wanted on very short notice if I see a threat.
Losing services would be inconvenient but not critical for us and the health event hardly affected us even though I lost my job in the middle of it all, but not because of it.
I know people living in very expensive properties with plenty of toys who would struggle to find a torch or something to eat/drink if the power/water stopped.

@@AustralianSurvivalism Yeah we still have an original Orange tree that fruits very heavily every year and a very gnarly old Pear that is still hanging on.
Most of the other old trees are gone now but we've planted some replacements.
I would like to say that it was good planning on our part but it wasn't. This was the only property we looked at and we've been here for nearly 4 decades.
No one wanted them when we purchased but now they're very sought after.
Sometimes being lucky is better than being good.
We're extremely thankful for what we have, took lots of hard work, and that we live in this country.

64 in S.A., good to come across a serious prepper in OZ. Have been germane of the future situations since 1980's. and have been busy. Even though I have talked about these things with friends, most just keep doing what they do in normal life. I try to get as much practice as I can by myself or with my good mate by going bush every now and then.
I am not in as good physical shape as I was when young but have many, many skills and wisdom to bring to the table, for example I have extensive real life medical skills in all emergency areas. Can ride car trucks motorbikes horses boats.. Am very conversant with just about all weaponry, know large amounts about all areas of OZ for food foraging and ect ect.+
Would like to join in with an OZ group even if interstate to share what I know and be part of a serious group to meet up if needs present. I have been learning ever since 90's from overseas survival experts, and love to teach others.
It has paid dividends even in past small local situations, but here we are with the world in complete chaos, and with potential for catastrophe.
Thanks for the knowing that there is other serious people out there, in OZ I'll keep watch here.

I’m 57.. I practice with my wife nearly every weekend with survivalist skills. I often cook outside without using any of the house appliances and rely only on woodgas stoves or charcoal (make my own). I observe around my area, where there’s high possum population or bird roosting at night.. I practice with flatband slingshots and bow/arrows, so if there’s the need, I can procure meat around my suburb. I can fish, make fish traps, primitive hooks, etc.
I can also make snare and traps (practicing with pest rodents around the house)..
I have 2 bug out bags ( for me and my wife) with all that we need to survive. If the SHTF, I have an idea where to go.. bush location with a little water stream.
    Practice, practice, practice

Hi mate respect to this and just subbed agree whole heartily, may I add to this there are three other we don talk about that is more important than all the 6 you have mentioned. I feel this is all three strengths in one as an individual after you break them down they are 1:MENTAL State 2:Physical state 3:Spiritual/belief balance. These three make up any human... I just want to expand number on 3:Spiritual/belief... we all believe in something deep down its the spiritual component that make us fight for something bigger than ourselves, the inner lion keep that in balance and the world view changes from inner to outer. Well done mate subbed

Enjoyed the Vid and new sub to the channel. Lots of great info, Being prepared for as many potential situations is definitely a great idea. I have some equipment as enjoy camping in the bush, out here right now using a booster to get reception. We have some of the remote places on the planet here in Australia so it is good to get comfortable and equipped to be out there. My view is if there is a large disruptive event, and law and order breaks down, getting away from as many people as possible would be advantageous. Let’s hope this never happens.

Put a lighter in it. Put a first aid kit in it. Put a hoochie in it. And put 5 packets of two minute noodles and 5 cans of tuna in it and you’ve got a good head start over most other Australians… All the stuff I’ve mentioned can be bought on EBay for about $160… Then learn how to use it all… 👍
