1970-she was a freshman I was a senior. Went to Sadie Hawkins dance with different dates. Went home together that night. Been blessed with her every day since! Thank you Ingrid-Peace

A really sad song of the reality versus the dreams of high school sweethearts, and what you thought you would live as opposed to reality. The realization as you are older that your parents just accepted the life they chose when they were young and happy and in love but weren't really that happy together.
