Stihl 025 Chainsaw Chain Won't Spin - Sprocket and Needle Cage Bearing Replacement

Customer reported that the chain would not spin. After some troubleshooting I found that nothing was broke, but the chain break was on.

I had the same issue on my saw, I took it to ace and they said it was a bent crank and quoted me $320, I knew it was BS bc the saw is new, got home took it apart and there was no bearing in it at all, I replaced my bearing and cleaned everything up and she’s running better than ever now, I just want to say thank you for making this video, you saved the day!

Glad you got your fixed. Only time I have seen a bent crank is from an over tightened chain.

Great video my friend, my step-dad is having the same issue, however he is missing the bearing, bushing and clip. Did you find a replacement kit or order them individually? Worthy of subscribe!
