Tony Castle is....... Robert finds out that Duvall's assistants have been murdered. Alex beckons Luke. Laura and Luke and a moment.... but you know the drill... yet again interrupted... this time by Rick. (and I mean RICK, the one and only let there be NO confusion! Hate when they recycle names... same with Claudia... UGH! Like there are not enough names to go around that they have to take the ones from iconic GH characters!!)

I was transfixed by this couple the first time around and I can truly say that has not changed one bit....so much fun, romance and sweetness in every clip after clip....love luke and laura forever... beautiful ❤

It's hard to watch because you know it will end with Rick taking Laura away from Luke but only for a short time but it's still hard after that look Luke gives Laura ..oh my it gives chills it's so sexy ....love it ❤
I always felt as if I was intruding on their privacy. I never felt like that with any other couple. 😔

Oh yes absolutely. Positively. I saw an interview of he, Ken Shriner and Jane Elliot and they talked about the “crazy” early days where there was some all night skating rink they would frequent and skate all night. I’m sure there were all manner of liquid enhancements or more to make going in circles much more fun!!!!!!

Each character was SO important and had thier place in the story. So different than now.

If you watch Scotty kissing Laura he doesn't pull away from her mouth...Luke always gives her a little bit of kissing then stops Execept @night at Windhams and after they get engaged. It might be the age difference because TG is 15 yrs older or it could be because he's gay. I know he's a great actor but when your hearts not in it...🤔
I've heard that's the way the directors want it. It looks better for the camera. Otherwise, it's just a bunch of smashed noses. Actors say it's not sexy to them to try & make it look good.

It does look funny (almost stupid) though, that Luke came to her apt. , grabbed her and they kissed so wildly lol, and then spent that time together, so it looked like they WERE getting back together. Then they act like strangers again, playing games and such. I suppose the writers wanted the story with them to keep dragging out - - - - - -until their wedding? LOL LOL ......no, the last few days on this show do not make sense. But that's soaps for ya.........
Luke wanted her but didn't feel worthy still. He figured once he got paid for the job he'd be an honest man who could get her out of that "crummy apartment ". Thing is....she didn't care and had learned to be fine with what she could afford on her own.
She did say she was still here, waiting.....I loved that line. Honestly, when I watched the after scenes, I didn't get it. I still dont...Why would Luke feel unworthy when he was mad at her and was the one who got hurt. It doesn't matter now of course, I just didn't make sense. Have I mentioned how many times THANK YOU for posting every single video??? You are quite incredible for doing so!!!!
@@sdavis5001 Luke not feeling worthy was a recurring theme he didn't feel worthy because he grew up on the wrong side of the tracks he grew up with an abusive father that made him feel like crap he has major arrogance as a defense but underneath serious self-esteem issues
It makes sense to me, bc when Luke and Laura were in Beechers Corners planning their return he thought he would be a hero, he expected a red carpet and opportunities with it, then he went to jail, got shunned, had no job on top of Laura's betrayal. His self- esteem took a big hit, especially realizing he had no way to provide a living.
He went from optimistic, making plans and planning a wedding to broke, in jail and disgraced. Makes sense he put the brakes on with Laura, you think?

Sharon Howard Back in the day when people had morals, they waited. They romanced & flirted with one another, all the better for when the moment arrives... This is a Romance, they have a huge build up and then that's about it. In a book the reader assumes they live happily ever after. All romance's keep you frustrated, that's how they keep you watching, basic psychology about making money, keep them watching. Take a look at the movies back in the day, it was about Romance, Love.
I UNDERSTAND what you're saying. They already had their night, and they BOTH want to go back, and I'm sure it's not to see Bessy lol.........This isn't about morals and they both know it. They do want to be together. And they will.... : )

Like the comment about Rick and Claudia. I am more mad at the fact that SJB came back as Claudia and not Carly. I know a lot of people do not like Carly but between 1996-2001 Carly was my favorite character. She was like Bobbie but on steroids. I loved the Carly/Luke scenes and how he would call her Caroline or my favorite Psycho Blonde. Luke gets jealous all the time and it does not take much only a mention of a name. Genie looks gorgeous but she looks gorgeous all the time. A natural beauty!
