There is a button in the bottom right of the editor that you can click "show" to update the screen, without clicking out of the editor and clicking on the slide. Hey thank but how do you change the layout on stage display if you have a volunteer who has limited understanding. Is there a way to use macro to change the layout from preacher to song.
Hi! Yes you can setup different Looks and use Macros to change them. I have a resource on my website at CrazyAmazingDesigns.com/shop called the ProPresenter 7 Template. It contains a bunch of pre-Built Macros and Looks for those different parts of the service. It would be helpful to you as you seek to do this. -Nathan R
I'm running ProPresenter 7 on Windows v.7.13.2. When I go to the prop editor and create a new prop I'm not able to add a timer. When I click the + icon to add a layer I don't have the option for timer. In fact, the only options I have are Text, Shape, Media, Video Input and Web. Can you tell me how you got the timer in your prop?

Props editor! Finally someone with the answer. I could not for the life of me figure out how to overlay the timer on my whole announcement section.

Go to Linked Text, and select Timer. 😃 -Nathan
